Pet Sitting & Drop Ins in East Palo Alto

Rachel was wonderful! She spent extra time with our kitties and always sent lots of photos with great updates. I can trust she’s going to be reliable with checking on our animals and giving me all the updates we need.

Austin is great with our high energy pup and she’s enjoyed his drop-ins. She isn't always easy but Austin handles it like a pro. We appreciate his great communication as well! Already planning to use his services in the future.

Ian was such a great catsitter for us! We had a last minute emergency and needed someone to come look after our family’s 2 cats. Ian quickly answered our call and was able to show up later that day. Ian maintained excellent communication and both cats immediately took to them. We received multiple photos during their visits. On one visit, Ian even worked around a sudden visit from our housekeepers. Every unexpected curve ball we threw at them, they were ready to catch and lend a hand with. Ian isn’t kidding when they say this is a passion of theirs and it shows in their quality of work and ethics. We look forward to utilizing Ian again in the future for our cat sitting needs.

Guilherme was great with our two cats, one of which needed daily liquid medication. We got prompt and frequent updates and pictures throughout the visits. Would easily recommend!

Danielle's the best. She was so kind and sweet to our babies (the big happy tabbies). She had no problems with any of our instructions - took everything in stride. We had an ant invasion while we were gone and Danielle went above and beyond cleaning up huge trails of ants, multiple times. Then she figured out how to keep them away by placing the kitties' dishes in a small shallow plate of water - this kept the ants completely away from the food and stopped the problem altogether. She's a genius. In addition, she immediately understood how to bond with our cats - she also brushed them every visit and I am pretty sure they are wondering when she's coming back - I think they miss her! I will use Danielle again and would give her more stars if I could. Thanks again Danielle!

Adelie was awesome with our pups. This was our second appointment for drop-ins and she kept our pups fed, entertained, and happy, while keeping the place clean. Plenty of photos of them having fun. 👍🏻

Kylie was fantastic and did a great job with our cat!! He needs eye drops and she was able to get him his eyedrops which is not an easy feat, his eye looked much better than it has with other sitters when we got home! She gave great updates everyday and our cat was clearly well loved while we were gone. We will absolutely hire her again any highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wonderful cat sitter:)

Ka Ying took care of our cat during the long weekend. She came in twice a day to feed, clean the litter box and keep my cat company. She’s reliable, communicative and sends cute pictures every time. Will book again!

Marivel was a wonderful cat sitter! She sent a lot of updates and was always timely with her check-ins. Overall a great experience.

Having Marisol as our pet sitter, is probably one of the best decisions we made prior to our Christmas vacation! This is our first time having a pet sitter for our cat Zelda, and hence we're a bit over-anxious about how it'd go. She was genuinely kind enough to drop by at our place prior to our departure to patiently listen and note down our requests and listing of Zelda's needs. She kept us updated everyday about Zelda's activities, attitude and even sent us tons of glamorous pics of her on a daily basis! She even obliged to keep our plants watered and attended to them when they we're withering, all without any explicit requests. Lastly, she ensured to keep our place clean by electing to throw the trash and cleaning a few of our left over items. All in all we can't recommend Marisol highly enough, and would urge anyone considering to have her as their pet sitter to not have a second thought. She's incredible! We hope to have her over again sometime (soon? :-)) Thank you for everything! Zelda misses you!
