Pet Sitting in East Palo Alto

Rachel went above and beyond with our pup! She gave us detailed notes and lots of pictures after each drop in visit that left me confident that he was in the best hands. During our meet and greet, Rachel took notes and had questions ready to make sure that she would give our dog the best care. Would 1000% recommend Rachel!!

Savannah did such an awesome job with my cat. She took plenty of pictures, followed all my instructions, and was super patient with my cat who is shy and not great with strangers. Highly recommend her for any pet care needs!

Danielle was a perfect kitty sitter for Terry. He’s always been scared of strangers and hides, but he immediately felt comfortable around her and let her pet him and even showed his belly! Danielle always showed up when expected, made sure he was taken care of, and even brought our mail and packages in unexpectedly. 10/10 will hire her again for our next trip.

Ka ying is very helpful and friendly with my cats. She really loves animals and spent much more time than the standard duration. Thx so much!

Isabel has been walking our little guy (Charlie, miniature schnauzer) for about a month and she is great. Very reliable and great with dogs. She always goes the extra mile. One day Charlie refused to do his “business” even after a long walk, and Isabel stayed with him for an extra long time to make sure that he got it done. Thank you Isabel!

I hired Marisol for in home visits for my cat for about a week. She was AMAZING! She was very responsive on rover and flexible. We had an automatic feeder but needed her to change water, litter, and play with our cat. She did all that and somehow our home was even cleaner than before (she must have cleaned up the mess of litter on the floor that usually ends up there over time). I felt very assured that our cat was in good hands. This is the longest we’ve left our cat at home alone but Marisol did such a great job, we would be more than happy to hire her again for next time.

Ian was such a great catsitter for us! We had a last minute emergency and needed someone to come look after our family’s 2 cats. Ian quickly answered our call and was able to show up later that day. Ian maintained excellent communication and both cats immediately took to them. We received multiple photos during their visits. On one visit, Ian even worked around a sudden visit from our housekeepers. Every unexpected curve ball we threw at them, they were ready to catch and lend a hand with. Ian isn’t kidding when they say this is a passion of theirs and it shows in their quality of work and ethics. We look forward to utilizing Ian again in the future for our cat sitting needs.

Vivian did a great job with our dogs and did everything we requested. We highly recommend her.
