What an amazing experience for our little Mia :). She had a wonderful stay with Wenxin! We got updates throughout her stay which eased our minds during the trip knowing Mia was in such good hands. From the videos and photos, it was evident Mia was happy as a clam, whether she was engaging in activity or cuddle time. We will not hesitate to book with her in the future!

Ana is a wonderful petcare provider. She is patient, caring, and very dependable. She connects easily with pets and always makes sure they are safe and well cared for. I trusted her completely and truly appreciated her dedication. I highly recommend Ana to any family looking for quality petcare.

Nadine R. is amazing! My family had a recent trip out of town and we needed someone to watch our dog, Stella. Nadine accepted our request and it was a wonderful experience. Nadine is very caring and devoted to her dogs and the dogs she takes under her care. She sent us lovely photos of Stella truly enjoying herself during her 4 day stay. Nadine is exceptional at communicating and made sure that she had Stella's routine and care instructions down. This made us feel very comfortable. We highly recommend Nadine as a sitter.

Lauren and San were super communicative, high attention to detail, and asked lots of questions when I dropped Hazel off that made me feel safe leaving her in their hands! They sent lots of pictures and Hazel is very happy!

Michelle did a great job of getting our dog Ozzy out on daily walks and keeping us up to date on Ozzy's stay.

5/5 stars! I had the pleasure of having Monica watch my dog Lizzy for the first time this weekend, and I couldn’t have been happier with the experience! From the moment Lizzy and I met her, Monica’s kindness, caring personality, and thoughtfulness shone through. During Lizzy’s stay, Monica was also wonderful about communicating with me, giving me complete peace of mind. Lizzy had an amazing time! Monica took her on hikes and made sure she got plenty of exercise and attention. When Lizzy came home, she was absolutely exhausted (in the best possible way) happy, relaxed, and clearly very well cared for. It’s not always easy leaving your dog with someone new, but Monica made the whole experience feel completely comfortable. She is genuinely warm, responsible, and caring, and it was obvious that Lizzy felt right at home. I will absolutely trust Monica with Lizzy again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone to look after their pup. Thank you, Monica!

Sherry is excellent and took good care of Jesse, he always walks right up to her door to go in despite his very strong attachment to me and severe separation anxiety (which Sherry has been great about accommodating by the way), and always seems very healthy and happy when I pick him up, if a bit sad to leave (again very impressive due to his attachment to me).

Irene is nothing short of amazing. She is diligent, communicative, and tender. These traits make her an excellent animal caretaker. Here was my experience: Irene took care of my 1.5 year old mixed-breed dog Olive (aka Ollie) for 3 entire weeks while I was out of the country for a business trip. The trip was the longest amount of time I’d ever spent away from Olive…and I was pretty anxious about it. For context, Ollie is a relatively high energy adolescent dog who struggles, at times, with resource guarding around other dogs. Irene was extremely patient with my various requests (e.g., when to give Ollie her yogurt snack, when and how much pumpkin puree to feed her etc.) and sensitive to Ollie’s individual needs. She proactively sent regular updates to me in the form of photos, videos and text messages. She also went above and beyond to ensure that Olive got a TON of playtime (keeping Ollie entertained and stimulated at the beach, El Cerrito Hills trails and walks around the block). Every single day I was reassured that my dog was well taken care of and most importantly safe. For me, that peace of mind was priceless. I can guarantee you that the care, thoughtfulness, and one-on-one attention Irene delivered far exceeds anything you could find at a boarding facility. Another really awesome plus: Irene has a fenced backyard and lives in a very quiet neighborhood. Olive is very easily overstimulated and knowing this gave me an even deeper sense of comfort about Olive’s stay. I am so incredibly thankful to Irene.

Luciana was exceptionally accommodating when I had changes to my travel itinerary. She was very easy to work with and provided great care for my girls.

Zoe was great! Super communicative, sent several updates each day and made me feel like my dog was well taken care of. Would highly recommend!

Patrick was GREAT! His yard is safe, and his dog is super mellow. Patrick has thought of everything my dog would need to stay at his house, and Pico and I felt prepared for his night at Patrick's house. He sent me pictures while I was away of the dogs in the yard and on a walk. I felt Pico was well taken care of.

Val was amazing! She set up a meet and greet prior to our trip and made a genuine effort to get to know the dogs. She was thorough and wanted to ensure the dogs routines were uninterrupted so that they would be stress free! We will definitely book with Val again, highly recommend.

Marlene is the absolute best and did everything to treat my pet like he was her very own baby! All stops were pulled out, my pet was adored, and communication was frequent, kind and genuine! I will book with Marlene for as much time as she has available!
