Joyce was extraordinary! She provided lots of love to our pup and sent regular photos, videos, and updates to make us feel very comfortable and confident while we were away on vacation. We will use her services again and highly recommend to anyone who is looking for exceptional service.

Eric deserves EVERY single glowing review possible! This was the first time I've used Rover and Eric has made the process so seamless, easy, and reliable. On short notice, I needed somebody to board my small dog for a week. Originally, I had tried to book with someone else, but that sitter backed out almost last minute because my small dog isn't immediately friendly with other dogs. Eric, however, was extremely understanding of my predicament, and he listened when i told him him that my dog needs time to adjust to new company – she is not aggressive or angry, she is just timid, shy, and reclusive. Eric understood and assured me of his many years of experience with dogs. I got to meet him beforehand with my dog. His house is very lovely, clean, and polished, and perfectly set up to accommodate anybody's pup. It was not a stressful or triggering environment for dogs, and there was plenty of yard and space to explore. He was kind, professional, and showed me what my dog's boarding situation would look like, which I really appreciated. I was unsure if he would accept the booking request on such late notice, especially because my dog needed a little bit of time to trust him and her temporary new environment, but he assured me that everything would be fine. While I was away, he sent me pictures and videos of her in her new environment, which was very reassuring for me. My dog was so relaxed and calm in his house that she even made a friend! She was now dog-friends with Eric's dog, which was doubly reassuring and comforting for me to know that she had doggy company and companionship. When I came back to pick her up, she was just as happy and healthy as when I dropped her off. I cannot thank Eric enough, he has been so kind and professional and accommodating and I will definitely be booking again with him in the future and recommending him to everyone I know who needs a sitter for their pup. Angelica is the BEST! Our pup and we love her so much. She always takes the best care of our pup when she sits and she sends us lots of updates with pictures. Would definitely recommend Angelica as a sitter, she’s been so wonderful.

Rika took exceptional care of our pup Murphy, and we couldn't have asked for a better sitter. From the moment we dropped him off, she treated him like he was her own, giving him so much love, attention, and care. Throughout his stay, Rika kept us updated with thoughtful messages about how he was doing—how he was eating, sleeping, playing, and enjoying his day. She also sent plenty of adorable pictures, which gave us such peace of mind and let us see how happy and comfortable Murphy was. Karen and Mel are amazing. They took wonderful care of my dog Finn, and were incredibly attentive with giving him his medicine. When I picked him up he was happy and exhausted (in the best way).

Cat, Albert, and Trace have a beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood and took excellent care of Walter. They shared tons of photos and updates. Trace shared all his toys, puzzles, and snacks. We were so worried to board Walter because of the respiratory virus going around, but Cat was so knowledgable and conscientious about it. We are so grateful for how much Cat, Albert, and Trace loved and cared for Walter while we were away. I can’t recommend them enough.
