Our cat can be shy with new people and hid most of the week, but Carmela coaxed her out a few times, which we were so happy to see! She took great care of our space, helped with packages, and always had thoughtful responses to my questions when I reached out. We asked for daily photos and updates and did receive something for every day, though a few came late at night or the next morning. Not a huge deal, but since it was our first booking, updates a little earlier in the day (and slightly faster replies when checking in) would’ve given us some extra peace of mind. Overall, we really appreciate the care Carmela showed our cat and home. We’d definitely book again and would just chat through timing and expectations up front next time :)

Sophie took great care of my cat while I was away on vacation. She sent photos as well as notes about her visits with my pet which kept me at ease. Five stars!

Carley is the best! Very friendly and its very clear she is passionate about taking good care of your pets. Mr Miyaugi warmed up to her instantly. I am so happy and relieved that she is in our neighborhood and would not hesitate to have her take care of our old kitty again anytime. My old man Mr Miyaugi is a 14.5 year old orange cat is pretty chill on the day to day around the house but he is high maintenance for his food and health. He has Stage 3 CKD and needs subQ fuilds and sometimes anti-nausea meds, and also a certain mix of foods and fluids for his diet. She is experienced with all of the above and even gave him fluids during our meet and greet. She knows what she's doing and gives the utmost love and care for your pets. Mr Miyaugi loved her and she sent regular info and updates with videos on how he was doing. He's gonna miss her and Im happy to be home with happy well-taken care of fur baby. Really appreciate Stephanie for watching over our two cats. She did an amazing job, was prompt and really communicative. She sent me tons of photos and text updates with every visit. I’ll definitely be booking Stephanie again. So happy to have found her on Rover!

Britt made us feel comfortable and safe during our trip home! We were gone for quite some time for Thanksgiving and her care for our cat Arlo was wonderful. Some things came up, like an alarm going off causing Arlo to hide, and she handled them very well, despite the time difference causing us to not be able to respond immediately. I highly reccomend her services!
