Stephanie was so communicative, always sending us pictures and videos of our kitties and letting us know how they were doing while we were away. One of our cats has been having some issues with peeing outside the litter box and happened to have an accident while we were out of town, but Stephanie let us know right away and helped clean it up, which was very much appreciated. Overall our cats loved her and so did we!

Couldn’t recommend Carmela more! She was so great with my cats and sent the perfect amount of updates. If I wasn’t moving I would rebook her in a heartbeat
