Britt gave us the perfect pet sitting experience in our first time using Rover! We had total peace of mind that our little cat was doing well with Britt’s update from each visit. Especially wonderful were the 3-4 photos she sent each time. She was a great communicator and was able to accept two more visits at the last minute when we had to push our flight. Carmela is the BEST! The reviews do not lie. She followed food and medication instructions to a tee. She also kept their water, food dishes, and litter boxes immaculately clean.
