Cat Sitting in El Cerrito

My first time using Rover! Lili was awesome - we met before I left and we covered all the basics of care for my cat for when I was gone. She asked thoughtful questions and I felt confident my boy would be in good hands! She took great photos too and I came home to a very happy cat :)

I chose Rebecca to look after my new 6-month old three-legged kitten. Based upon her profile and our meet & greet, I felt I could count on her to take good care of my precious little guy. Rebecca is an excellent communicator and detail oriented. My kitty was happy and well cared for when I returned. I will be reaching out to Rebecca next time I have to leave my little guy at home.

Rachael was excellent. So patient with our two cats. One of the brothers can be very shy but she was able to get a picture of him. lol. I will be calling her again!

Nastasia is an amazing sitter! I have two cats and one is a bit “spicy” and she went above and beyond, spending extra time and visiting prior to help him feel more comfortable. She is super sweet and sent me pictures and even a video of my kitties! I could relax on my trip, knowing my cats were in excellent caring hands. I couldn’t recommend her more!

Phuong was wonderful. Our original cat sitter broke her foot and canceled the day before we were due to leave. Phuong came through at the last minute. She was so conscientious and took time with the kitties, even winning over the heart of our shy cat Chompie. She sent photos and videos and sent updates. We didn’t have to worry about the kitties at all and knew they would be cared for. I highly recommend Phuong. We will definitely use her again.

Our dog & cat were in the best hands with Michael! He was so attentive and thorough, and the communication was great — it really eased our minds when we were away traveling. Can’t wait to work with Michael again some day!!

Jennifer came to the rescue this week when I needed a house sitter (on rather short-notice) for my newly adopted kitten. She provided the reassurance I needed, by sending photos throughout the time I was away. She also lives nearby which made it convenient. I came back home to a clean litter box, full water bowls & bellies. I’ll be happy to hire her again as needed.

Rebecca is great! Very reliable.

Alexandra went well above and beyond what we asked her to do for our cat, as well as our fish tank and tortoise. She cleaned, took out trash, washed pet bowls, and more. She was thorough, organized, and very patient with our anxious kitty. A genuine animal lover.

Melissa is a great cat sitter. She clearly cares a lot about animals and has an intuitive sense of caring for them. She rolled with the punches taking care of my indoor/outdoor cat, which comes with some quirks. She was always on time; and always very communicative. I’d feel great leaving her in charge of friendly again!

Pooya is a wonderful and gentle person and we know we can trust him with our cat and house while we travel. Our cat is old and generally very standoffish with everyone but has warmed up to Pooya.
