Wonderful to work with! Professional, responsive, and thorough. She was able to accommodate a last minute request from first time bookers (wife and myself) and helped us navigate the process. We had some complicated instructions for keys, and our cats and such and Phuong was patient and helpful throughout. We would absolutely work with her again!

I have rebooked Michael multiple times to take care of my cats, because I always know they are in great hands. Our first time booking, Michael suggested leaving out a bowl of water next to our electric fountain in case of power outage, which I had never considered, but showed me that he was truly thinking about the best care for my cats. It really eased my mind having Alexandra come to my house. I could tell when she came to meet me before I left that she understands and loves cats and my most perfect Charlie would be safe. The communication was good and when I returned my cat was calm and all was well. I also knew my house would be safe.

Mason is great. Hire him! Kind and considerate. He and his significant other can work as a team and devote themselves to doing good work for their clients.

Yailin was a great catsitter! She was communicative and sent updates throughout the day. She fed Memo treats and made sure to follow all the instructions. We came home to a happy and calm cat. Would definitely book with her again. Thank you!

I chose Rebecca to look after my new 6-month old three-legged kitten. Based upon her profile and our meet & greet, I felt I could count on her to take good care of my precious little guy. Rebecca is an excellent communicator and detail oriented. My kitty was happy and well cared for when I returned. I will be reaching out to Rebecca next time I have to leave my little guy at home.

Pooya is a wonderful and gentle person and we know we can trust him with our cat and house while we travel. Our cat is old and generally very standoffish with everyone but has warmed up to Pooya.

Josephine takes excellent care of our kitty, leaves everything as clean or cleaner than before, is extremely responsive and flexible. And she sends great pictures of the cat playing and having a good time!

Kristi has been amazing with our kitties. She has adapted to changes with them, whether with meds or their arrangements/needs. She's always great about sending pictures and really went above and beyond for our last trip out of town. We're so grateful for her help!

Once again Tania was absolutely amazing. We have a very spoiled, special needs cat and Tania always follows all of our instructions and requests with a smile. We also have a lot of plants that need attention - during a heat wave while we were gone she ensured everything was watered and still green when we returned. We can go on vacation and truly relax knowing our fur baby and our home is in good hands.

Sophia is a very warm person, so grateful to have her this week to care for my pet. I can rest assured. We practiced everything in the pet routine. My pet bonded to her nicely. Very caring and knowledgable.
