After a terrible experience with our past sitter (not on Rover) we were extremely scared leaving our Peggy with anyone. Nanci took all of our instructions seriously. She was so understanding of our situation and why we were over bearing. Our dog is an escape artist, but she made sure Peggy was safe the entire time. Rachel and her entire family are amazing! We have a quarantine puppy who hadn’t been left home alone yet. She did a meet and greet and was so lovely and welcoming it made me feel like I found the perfect person to leave our puppy with. He had a great time at her house and she was great about dealing with his puppy potty pad and playing in the water. He came home super happy! Rachel is amazing!
