Justine did a great job dropping in to care for our three cats while we were away for >1 week. Throughout the booking, she was reliable, consistent, communicative, and kept a close eye on the cats. I can't say enough great things about this experience! We've never boarded our cats so I was nervous on how they would respond. With the daily updates from Elaine on how they were doing it warmed my heart that they seemed to make a new friend. Elaine is incredibly warm and fantastic with our cats. Such a gift for us to have her care for them!
We absolutely adore our girls Luna, and Ripley, so leaving town is always incredibly difficult. Tiffany put us at ease immediately! She was very knowledgeable and has a wonderful way of interacting with our cats that made us feel so comfortable. We adored the pictures, videos, and little stories she sent us throughout our time away, each one was wonderful and reassuring! We are so happy our girls have a new friend who will come visit them when mom and dad are gone. The peace of mind has been truly priceless! ^-^
Ruth took excellent care of our 3 kitties! I love that she was very thorough and took the time to let us know in detail everything she did with each visit. Although our kitties are very shy and hid under the bed when she came over, she still made sure to check on them and snap a pic so we could see their glowing eyes under the bed. ? We would definitely recommend Ruth and will be happy to have her care for our kitties again. ?
Yang did a great job, cats looked and acted well-fed. I don’t think they missed us at all. Would definitely book with Yang again.
