Kate was exceptional, so sweet and she treated our two dogs with love and care. We received daily updates and pictures, giving us reassurance, this was greatly appreciated as it was the first time leaving our fur babies alone and using Rover and not leaving them with family. Amy provided excellent care for my dogs and cat while I was away! They all loved to see her and the pictures of her spending time playing with them and giving them attention gave me a lot of peace of mind! They were well taken care of and everything was clean and neat when I retruned, and she was even able to book an extra visit for me when I delayed getting back. Will definitely book her again!
Jenna is an incredibly nice woman who took wonderful care of my cat while I was gone. She was super professional, prompt, communicative, and was committed to following care instructions super closely. It was also apparent that she loves animals, and my cat seemed to love her, too. I wouldn’t hesitate to trust Jenna with my fur baby again!
Esmerilda went above and beyond as always! We booked her to wash our Misty (no fan of baths, mind you!), and she washed, conditioned, brushed, trimmed her nails, and did eye and ear wash. She documented thoroughly with pictures and messages. She is a true professional and a pleasure to deal with!
