Pet Sitting in El Rio

Shannon took such great care of my kitties!! She left very long and detailed notes after each visit, with 30+ pictures, more than enough info to keep me updated on how each visit went :) she was also so patient with my shy girl rosie. She doesn't warm up to people quickly, but by day 3 she was out and about and playing with Shannon like theyve been friends all along. I would 100% recommend Shannon and her services to anyone needing a loving and caring sitter for their kitties, or any pet!

Allie did another great job taking care of our cat. She’s communicated well when there was issues and she even cleaned up a pee mishap we had with our cat. We came home to a vet happy cat. Thanks again!

I can’t say enough about Dawn! My cat, Dolly, is a senior rescue who has always been shy and slow to trust. At the last minute, I decided to book in-home check-ins while I was away for two weeks, and during that time, Dolly and Dawn truly became friends. Dawn kept in touch after every visit, giving me peace of mind while I was out of the country. What amazed me most is that Dolly, who once hid under the bed for years and only gradually began trusting me, was sitting on Dawn’s lap and letting her be petted within a week. That kind of connection takes a special touch. On top of that, Dawn went above and beyond-cleaning up a few hairball messes and even vacuuming daily near the litter box. I feel so blessed to have found her and will absolutely be using her again.

I had a really great experience with Alex and would definitely recommend him. From the start, he was very thorough during our meet and greet—he took the time to go over everything and even wrote all my instructions down, which I really appreciated. While I was away, he sent daily updates with photos and detailed report cards through Rover, which made me feel so much better. I loved being able to see how Teddy and Luna were doing each visit and knowing they were being well taken care of. When I got home, they were happy and everything was just as it should be. It gave me a lot of peace of mind knowing they were in good hands. I would absolutely book with him again!

Mari was absolutely wonderful! She was incredibly attentive throughout the entire stay and came to care for Billie twice a day while I was away, tiring her out with pets and play time while keeping her clean, fed and happy! Even my next door neighbor went out of their way to find me when I returned just to tell me how kind and attentive Mari had been in my absence, which says everything and gave me such confidence 🥹 I was also sick while traveling, so having Mari send daily videos in addition to the Rover cards was especially meaningful. It gave me so much reassurance and peace of mind knowing Billie was not only being cared for, but genuinely loved and looked after. I’m so grateful I found her, have already rebooked, and would wholeheartedly recommend Mari to anyone looking for someone they can trust with their pets. Five stars, without hesitation!!
