She is the best service for my cat and my cat loved her. And I thoroughly appreciated the attention she took. And the detail of cleaning and taking care of our cat, we definitely will be using her again

Charlene did an amazing job watching my cat while I was out of town for several days. My cat doesn’t always take quickly to new people, but it was clear that she became relaxed around Charlene quickly. I received frequent updates and was confident that my cat was getting both care and engagement from her staying there. And Charlene was clear in her communication so that we were always on the same page. There were a lot of delays the day I was supposed to be heading home and it wasn’t clear that I would make it home the day I was supposed to. Charlene offered to do whatever she could to check in on my cat and make sure she was looked after still if I didn’t end up making it home. It’s clear her care and concern for animals, even shy kitties. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
