Perfect sitter, last minute notice and flexible with drop off and pick up times which helped me out immensely. Got plenty of walking and playtime in for my puppy. 10/10 would recommend

I recently moved to San Diego and needed to find a sitter for my year and a half old cattle dog Sweet Pea.Because of her age and breeding she definitely needs a space with a large fenced-in back yards and other dogs she can play with. She is NOT a couch potato. Before meeting Antonio I had checked out 3 other sitters, and for various reasons didn't feel they were a good match for Sweet Pea. I had a meet and greet session with him and was impressed and booked a day care appointment for today. He sent me several videos during the day and it was clear my girl was enjoying herself. From both the meet and greet and the daycare appointments, it's clear to me that Antonio is responsible and caring. I feel very fortunate that I connected with him, knowing he'll take good care of my playful furball when she's with him.

This was our first time using Rover and leaving our pup with someone we didn’t know. Shane and Chris were wonderful and made us feel very comfortable. Thank you!

Maria (and Erik) are great! Having a young puppy, it's a bit hard to find someone to watch her that's understanding of the needs of helping out with the potty training and the extra attention that goes into a her. We've used some Rover sitters who seemed like a puppy was more of an imposition than a fun adventure, which isn't at all the vibe we want for her or our sitter, and Maria and Erik definitely made us feel like our little Gracie was a welcome member of their family! Maria sent updates during the day (enough to make me feel like all was going well but not overwhelming for her or me) and had photos and video. When I picked Gracie up at the end of the day, Maria and Erik were still all smiles and I felt so at ease with leaving her with them in the future (this was my first time leaving out puppy with someone, so it would have gone either way!). We look forward to the overnight stay both our dogs have with Maria and Erik this weekend, and lots of future reservations with these two kind and accommodating people!

Can’t Recommend Enough! My dog Lexi immediately felt comfortable with Chau — which is incredibly rare for her! From the moment I saw the pictures and videos, I could tell Lexi felt right at home. She was happily hanging out with Chau’s dogs, sniffing around inside and outside, sunbathing, and just chilling indoors with the other dogs, who are very sweet and well behaved. At almost 13 years old, my dog has arthritis in one of her legs and can’t take long walks anymore. But she loves being outside in nice weather. Chau went above and beyond, carrying Lexi in her doggie bag during a walk. The smile on Lexi’s face in the videos said it all. She was happy, relaxed, and clearly felt safe and loved. As a huge animal lover myself, and very particular about who I leave my fur baby with, Chau’s passion for caring for animals is obvious and the dogs feel it. You can see it in the way they respond to her with such comfort and happiness. Chau was great with communication, responsive, sending regular updates, and flexible with drop-off and pick-up times. Thank you! I will definitely be in touch again on my next visit. Thank you, Chau, for treating Lexi like family!

Melanie took care of my doggies for 1 week. 2 of the days were overnight boarding at her place, the rest were daycare visits. She took wonderful care of my dogs, sent lots of photos and was responsive to texts. I was in a bind and needed her to take the dogs in an extra night and she was able to accommodate us. When I picked my dogs up they were very calm and well rested. And they were always excited to see Melanie at drop-off time. She treated them like they were her own and I am so grateful to have found her. I highly recommend Melanie. I have no doubt she will treat your pet with great care and you will be very happy you chose her. I know I am.

While visiting the South Park area of San Diego we knew we would need “doggie day care” for our “separation anxiety” Doodle! I immediately went to ROVER and felt a connection to Lisa’s profile and never had a second thought. Not only was she in the neighborhood just blocks away, she was flexible, accommodating, communicative and an obvious lover of dogs. Plenty of walks, loads of cell phone updates and pics, and clear communication on every level. Lisa was able to rotate care from our house, to her house, and the Dog Park in between. She even made sure our pup made “friends” in the neighborhood! I encourage you to trust your pup to Lisa and feel assured that your fur-baby is in excellent hands! WOOF!

So grateful for Maryjane and her pack! We were driving through San Diego back home to Orange County and needed someone to help watch Benedict last minute. Benny not only had a great time with them, but I was able to relax as well knowing he was in great hands because Maryjane sent photo and video updates throughout his stay. Picking him up after our concert was also a great experience. She sent us off with homemade treats. 🤍🐾🦴

Sonya helped us out with doggy daycare last minute. Our pup was very happy with her.

Zaira is wonderful with my dog Cabo. Cabo is a nervous girl, but she warmed up to Zaira quickly, which is a testament to her care for the dogs she looks after.
