Dog Boarding in Emeryville

Karen and company were excellent Rover hosts. Our old pup was refreshed and did not want to leave when we came to pick him up. Her back yard was the perfect space for him to discover squirrels and he got along famously with her dog. We would happily book with her again!

I am grateful to Karen for giving extraordinary care and attention to my pup, who is both senior and three-legged. She (the pup) found a compassionate and empathetic caregiver.

As always, April was an excellent sitter! She provided numerous updates and made sure Jun felt comfy and happy. If you need a flexible and easy going sitter, use April!!

Ali had an amazing stay with Mariola and her pup, Tino, they were a perfect pair! I got lots of pics and updates and know Ali will be going back.

Pickles loves Mary C so much! He leaves my husband in the dust to run to her because he will get to hang with her dog Murphy and meet so many pooches in her neighborhood. There is nothing like leaving a happy pug when you must travel! Her communication is fab as well. Highly recommend!

Jennifer took wonderful care of my dog. She’s the most communicative sitter I’ve ever had which I appreciated and she even when out of her way to make Lizzo feel extra comfortable in her home. Definitely would rebook and recommend. Thank you Jennifer!

Stephanie is a stellar 10 star dog sitter. She is very communicative, responsive, easy to work with, with a gift for attention to detail. Her questions about how to handle our dog Otis reflected a caregiver who understands the nuances of owning a pet. We were nervous about leaving Otis with someone new and she went through many steps to make each transition of care seamless and easy for us and him. When a last minute snafu came up she pivoted with us so we could still take our trip to visit family. We got daily updates and videos with fun photos of Otis's progress. She went the extra mile and even did some command work with him. We cannot recommend her enough and hope that your pet gets to experience her gifts. Otis is in love with her.

Michelle is trustworthy, responsible, and perhaps most importantly, cares about your little pupperinos as if they were her own. We did the dog boarding in her home and received regular photo pupdates which were a great plus. Even if you’re nervous about trusting someone with your little doggo, I’d highly recommend Michelle given my stellar experience with her services.

Jeff, Beth & their family are AMAZING! We were on a trip abroad and it's very important to us to leave Bean somewhere that he is not only safe and cared for, but has fun! Jeff & Beth were extremely communicative, sending photos and updates everyday, sometimes more than once a day, and went above and beyond to stimulate Bean and keep him happy and well (they went on hikes, played in the yard, went on smaller walks, etc). Definitely will go back to them anytime we need someone to watch our pup. Plus their yard is like a playground for dogs! So good, thanks again.

We had a house sitter cancel at the last minute and were so grateful to find Lee. She responded quickly and was very clear. It was our first time using Rover and Lee made the experience a breeze. The girls loved their stay with her and the other small dogs, which was definitely good for them. They are no doubt looking forward to visiting again.

I can't say enough about Sara and her care of not only my dog, Bo, but for all the dogs she cares for. She's truly a dog whisperer! Bo definitely had her own vacation and came home happy and tired :) Sara is fantastic about communicating with you with lots of fun pictures and texts. Her dog Soba is also very sweet. I hope to continue to use Sara for boarding and also daycare, just for some extra socialization and love. Thanks again, Tracy & Bo :)

We were going on a 3 week trip and were a little worried about Mr. B, who, as he has gotten older, gets a little anxious about changes to his routine. During the meet and greet, we were reassured to by Anthony and Nikita's easygoing and confident attitude with B, the questions they asked about him and his schedule. While we were gone, we got photos and daily updates, we could see Mr. B was settling in. He even played with their very chill dog, Mia (which was unusual for B). Anthony and Nikita provided good and loving care to our dog. The proof was when we came to pick him up: while Mr. B was very happy to see us, he also went back and forth between us and Nikita and Anthony, wagging his tail. He had gotten quite attached to them. We definitely would recommend them as caring, careful caretakers.

My dog was in amazing hands with Sehoon and his partner. They were so sweet with my dog and were communicative with me the whole time my dog was in their care, even sharing with me Polaroid photos of my dog after I picked him back up. I could tell that my dog loved staying with them- they even went as far as to hand sew him a little broccoli stuffed animal because they knew he liked broccoli. I will definitely bring my dog back to board next time!

Chana and Jake took such wonderful care of our girl, Phoebe! We got daily photos and videos of Phoebe playing with the other pups in their large backyard, which is perfect for running and playtime. We will absolutely use them again next time Phoebe needs daycare or boarding.

Lulu had the time of her life staying with Robert and Brian. They were very communicative, sending pictures of Lulu enjoying her stay and getting lots of love. They were clearly very attentive to her needs and really enjoyed having her. Lulu will be thrilled when she gets to visit them again!

At this point, our dog might be more at home at Christy’s house than our own! She always comes home so happy. We appreciate Christy’s updates and easy communication.

Alma was so good with my dog, Simba! She was very attentive and was able to accommodate my dog’s specific needs. Will definitely be booking with her again!!

Rachel was AMAZING! We are so grateful she took such great care of lulu and sent so many pictures and was in constant communication. Lulu clearly had the best time and we will definitely be reaching out to Rachel next time we travel. Thank you, Rachel!!

Aman provided responsive and attentive care for my dog while I was traveling. Despite my dog's dietary allergies and history of eating challenges, I was delighted to see that Aman took care to ensure my dog stayed on schedule and avoided dangerous foods. To add to my peace of mind, Aman regularly took photos of my dog during walks to let me know he was okay. I highly recommend Aman to anyone looking for professional canine care, especially for overnight boarding.
