Dog Boarding in Emeryville

My dog Fred has always had a little bit of anxiety when I go out of town. But not when he stays at Mariola’s place. He’s always so happy to see her and her daughter, and always looks healthy and calm when I go to pick him up. I can’t say enough about what a relief it is for Free to have a second home at Mariola’s place.

I had a wonderful boarding experience and it was clear (through amazing and frequent photos and videos) that my dog, Wolfe, did too! I would highly recommend Danielle to anyone and will 100% be reaching out to schedule future bookings.

Otis just spent the last 10 days at what we call "Lux Summer Camp". Honestly, we can't imagine a better fit for him than with their pack. He comes back more enriched and with better socialization skills, joyful, and energized. Stephanie shares photos and updates each day about their adventures that kept us laughing and honestly feeling a little jealous. We could not recommend her and Sunny more!

Matthew and Van Joseph were the perfect pet sitter. I would absolutely book with them again in a heartbeat. They are responsive and send all the cutest photos/video updates which left me assured my fur baby was well loved while I was out of town. You will not be disappointed if they look after your fur babies.

My dog had a wonderful stay. He leans very anxious, but quickly felt at ease with Mary. She took her time and allowed him to warm up at his pace, and followed up with great attention to detail and many updates. We will be back for another stay!

Gunther was well cared for during his stay with Latricia. He made new friends, and didn't want to leave them without saying goodbye. He was very calm on the trip back home, so I knew that he'd had a good stay. Latricia is very prompt in her communications and sent many picture updates. I'd let her sit for Gunther anytime.

As always Albina is amazing with Izzy. They are best friends and have a blast together! So greatful to you Albina. It's so nice to have someone I can always trust with my pup.

Jenny and Megan were amazing with my pup Jackson. They were so good to him while I was gone that I think he was conflicted about coming back home when I picked him up. They were great communicators, updating me with pictures and had genuine concern for my pup. Would definitely recommend them.

We were so happy with Rob and his care of Brody. He communicated well which made us feel very comfortable as we were away. We really hope to use him again!

We have had the absolute pleasure of having Alexis watch over our two pups multiple times. Each time, the dogs have come back happy and healthy. Alexis sends us regular updates throughout the visit and is so responsive to any questions or concerns. But, we never have any because of Alexis’s proactive contact with us. I could not recommend her services more and will continue to turn to her exclusively for the care of our pets when we are unable to have them with us.

Lee is the best! She takes great care of my dog and he gets to enjoy play/social time with other awesome dogs! She helped me and my dog at ease right away, sent me pictures of how he was doing to keep me informed, and gave him lots of snuggle time with the entire home and yard a dog friendly zone! Highly recommend!!!

If I could dream up what the best type of dog sitter could be, it would be Keara. She watched my dog for a second time, and this time he wasn’t feeling great during my two week trip overseas, so she cared for him like you would a family member. She gave ongoing updates, sent pictures regularly and kept me posted on how he was doing throughout my trip. I honestly think she’s got to be the best out there, you can tell she’s genuinely a dog person and super trustworthy. Simply the BEST.

Shelley took great care of my senior dog Winston and kept me updated of his stay. She’s so easy to communicate with and super friendly! Her home is nice and clean with everything doggies need for a vacation away from home. Thank you so much! Eiko is the best! She watched our two dogs for a few days and they had a great time with her. She is very responsive and kind, sends photos and videos, and ensures the dogs are happy. Highly recommend her!

Robert was an amazing caregiver for my pup! His attention to detail, focus and prioritization of his pets are superb. He asks many questions about his pets to understand their needs and wants. We received multiple updates with photos every day. He walked my dog for miles, giving her the exercise and stimulation she needed during our absence. And, offered her lots of love and cuddles. I will definitely use Rob again if I can squeeze into his busy schedule. He’s an absolute gem!

Catherine was amazing. She cared for our 7-month-old puppy, Cricket, for a whole week while we were away, and we felt completely at ease and new that she was in great hands. From when we first met her, it was clear that Catherine is a real dog person -- warm attentive and genuinely excited to spend time with Cricket. It was obvious that she truly cared about her and enjoyed having her. Her dog, Kizmet was also a sweet role model for Cricket. Catherine sent the cutest photos and videos of Kizmet and Cricket cuddling and napping together, along with daily updates from the dog park and their adventures. She sent photos, videos, and little notes every day, which really put me at ease knowing how happy and well cared for Cricket was. The day we came back we arrived home at 8:30 at night and she tired Cricket out with lots of park visits so she would be tired when we got home. And she even gave Cricket a bath before pickup! We’re so grateful to have found Catherine. Nothing better than truly feeling at ease when traveling knowing that your dog is in such loving hands. Thank you, Catherine! You're the best. We'll definitely be in touch again the next time we're away.
