She spent a while with the kitties, playing and even taking a video, which is nice. They seemed great when we got home. Everything was overall very clean too. She was very responsive and helpful, and even was able to quickly resolve an issue with my automatic feeder.

Laura was super attentive, friendly, understanding and helpful in supporting me and my two dogs (who are reactive and shy) to navigate how to bring a new support person into their lives. Would highly recommend Laura!
