Yen was wonderful and took great care of my two pets! I was a first time user of the app and she did a great job helping me learn the process. She also sent 20-30 photos per visit and it made it a lot less stressful to be away having evidence that they were having a good time! The next time I need a pet sitter Yen will be the first person I reach out to!

My dog, Mavi, is a rescue with a lot of anxiety and is fearful of most people. It's taken a really long time for him to get comfortable having other people around, and I've been particular about who to bring into his life. This is the longest I've been away from him, and I was really nervous about it, but Shirley is amazing. I'm so thankful to have met her, because Mavi's warmed up to her fairly quickly and she's been a gem of a sitter. She's kind, thoughtful, and patient. She provided a lot of reassurance while I was away. She stays in constant contact and provides regular updates. I felt incredibly safe, comfortable, and rest assured having her drop by my home and check in on Mavi. As an added bonus, there were a couple of random things that happened to happen while I was away (minor but weird water leak and contractors stopping by to speak with me), but Shirley handled all this professionally. She promptly let me know of these out-of-the-ordinary occurrences when she could've easily ignored them. As a homeowner, I really appreciated her communicating these instances that helped me take action in resolving any issues. Can't say enough great things about Shirley as a sitter and a human being. I'm so grateful to have her as Mavi's sitter now. =)
