Phenomenal came quickly to my house immediately and got the job done hung out with both my girls gave them tons of cuddles and fun time fed them and did a great job at it. Follow directions and everything.!!

Minerva was very kind from our first conversation. She was prompt in her communication, was always flexible when I needed to change some times around, and always responded to any of my concerns with understanding and solutions. My cats loved her. They both were relaxed and felt very comfortable with her. I felt so relieved seeing the pictures she provided everyday for me of my cats and of their food and water. Made being away from them on vacation stress free for me. I will definitely be booking Minerva again. She was so pleasant and helpful. Thank you so much Minerva!

Emma is awesome and Giselle (the dog) just loves her walks with Emma. I broke my foot and had to hire a walker, first time in 15 years of dog ownership, and it has been great. We highly recommend her.

This is the first time I used Rover for my 2 cats, and I'm very happy that I found Erika to take care of those 2 wild things when we visit Japan for 2 1/2 weeks. She came by prior to our trip, we went over things and she was taking notes to make sure things are written down. Me being a total type A, I also made a to-do list. We have cameras throughout the house, and we are very glad to see the cats and Erika hanging out and playing while we were out. Will love to have Erika come back and care for our two fur-babies and I would recommend her to people as well :)

She was, without a doubt, the best person we could have ever asked to care for our dog. Without us ever asking, she took the initiative to tidy up parts of our house and even cleaned our backyard while we were away. Daniela noticed the symptoms right away, promptly administered the emergency probiotics from our pet’s medicine kit, and handled everything calmly and correctly. Thanks to her quick response and care, our dog’s condition improved significantly within a day. Throughout our time working with Daniela, she showed immense patience—not only with our dog, but with us as well. She answered every question, addressed every concern, and truly made this experience stress-free. She is not only a true professional but also a kind, thoughtful, and trustworthy person. Tiffany was absolutely amazing! Our babies loved her and she provided really thorough updates that put us at ease while out of town. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, trustworthy caretaker for their pets 🙂

Celeste is PHENOMENAL!! She sends at least 3 pictures per visit and really puts in time and effort to care for your pet. Melon loved Celeste and took to her right away. My partner and I have never felt more secure going away knowing that Celeste was coming to visit and care for Melon!

Leslie is the best communicator. She comes on time, she delivered eye lube for our dog. She sends the best pictures and I felt very comforted with her visiting. Will use again!!!
