Pet Sitting in Encino

I usually ask friends to take care of my cats, but this was my first time using Rover, and Marina took care of them. I was honestly a bit worried about having someone I didn’t know come into our home, especially since my cats are quite shy. However, Marina turned out to be someone I could trust more than anyone. I am so grateful to her—if I could meet her in person, I would give her a big hug. She was completely comfortable with us having indoor cameras, which gave me even more peace of mind. Every day, she went above and beyond what I had asked for. She kept me updated on even the smallest things and handled any unexpected situations in a very professional way. Sometimes she brought her young son with her, and I’m sure that brought so much joy to my cats as well. Rover’s system is very efficient and trustworthy, and now I feel like I can travel without any worries. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. Thank you so much.

Emma is awesome and Giselle (the dog) just loves her walks with Emma. I broke my foot and had to hire a walker, first time in 15 years of dog ownership, and it has been great. We highly recommend her.

I've been using her consistently for a few months now for both my cats and she is INCREDIBLE! reliability is a huge thing for me and she's never let me down or had to cancel. I also travel often and last minute and she's always been able to accommodate my needs! She's so sweet and loving to my babies, as if they were her own and you can see from the pictures that my fur babies love her just as much as she loves them! ❤️ if you're looking for some one trust worthy for your pets, she's your woman!!

Patty took such great care of our cats. She sent pictures and updates. The litter was cleaned well, too. Our cats seemed pleased with their care and they warmed up to Patty nicely.
