Paulina was an absolute blessing while she watched our 3 cats. They were uncharacteristically nervous while we were away.... and unnnnfortunately had multiple episodes of vomiting. Paulina handled it so calmly, with patience and competence, and helped us troubleshoot any issues that came up. She went above and beyond by giving them calming treats, keeping a close eye on their behavior, and helping us navigate food aggression with one of our cats in a thoughtful, practical way. Her communication was really steady, reassuring, and super caring. We felt really supported. We came home to cats who were safe, cared for, and handled with compassion during the busy holiday season. Paulina treated them like individuals, not tasks, and we trust her completely and would recommend her to anyone!

Nicoletta is amazing. From the moment she came to meet our cats, the shy one came up to her immediately to rub his face against her hand! So rare for him to visit with people besides ourselves at all! I really appreciated that Nicoletta took extra care in all of the details. Larry needed his meds, Ben is a flight risk. She managed all of it with aplomb. I highly recommend Nicoletta for any of your pet sitting needs. She's communicative, friendly, loves your animals, and gives you confidence that she'll take care of your pet family while you're away from home. Six out of five stars for Nicoletta!

Outstanding Pet Care! I had the pleasure of having Maria take care of my cat during my trip to Puerto Rico, and I couldn’t be happier with her service! My cat is usually very shy, but she immediately loved Maria, which speaks volumes about her connection with animals. Maria was incredibly attentive, keeping in constant communication with me and sending plenty of pictures and videos, which gave me great peace of mind. Rocelyn was able to provide drop in visits for our kitties, and we are so thankful. She was super communicative and kept us fully updated. We adopted our kitties in August and this was our first time leaving them for an extended period of time, and this was our first time using Rover, too. We were super impressed with Rocelyn’s care for our kitties, the whole process was smooth plus the photos and updates made us feel at ease.
