Came home to two very happy Kitties. I was gone a week and Natalie came by to feed and clean out their litter box each day. She also made sure everything checked out ok and the Cats were satisfied. We needed someone to watch our cat and I was nervous going through the app but had limited options since we are new to the area. Zalie was great! Super communicative, kind, and considerate. We needed to change our dates and she was easily reachable and super accommodating. We knew scoots was in good hands and we will be booking Zalie again next month. Also I want to add she knew her stuff! Some of the questions she asked were things I would never think of, it’s clear she takes her job seriously and covers all the bases.
