Dog Boarding in Foothill Ranch

This is the second time we've sent our two cats to Xiaoying for boarding, so they are now familiar with her place and her two easy-going cats. We could tell our cats were very relaxed and had a great time hanging out with her cats. Xiaoying took great care of them. She noticed one of our cat had some black dots on his chin and offered to help clean it, and his condition improved after the cleaning. Xiaoying also provided daily updates with videos. We really enjoyed the videos of the cats playing together, it is like a vacation for our cats too! We will definitely book with Xiaoying again in the future.

I am so thankful Wen was able to take care of my cat on such a short notice. I was nervous leaving her with someone new, but she went above and beyond! She sent frequent updates and photos, gave my cat a bath, even cleaned her carrier, and kept me in the loop the entire time. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing my cat was in such caring hands. If you’re looking for someone responsible, attentive, and genuinely loving toward animals, she is absolutely worth booking. Highly recommend!

Super sweet lady. My cat, normally hides under beds, as he was rescued by my daughter and given to dad to watch while she’s away at college. So it was good to see Linda had formed a good relationship with him in his brief stay. Did I say Linda was just oh so chill? SaeWon was fantastic! The doggos had a great time. They came home smiling and tuckered out. SaeWon was great at communicating, giving updates and taking care of the doggos. I would recommend this Rover host to anybody!

Donna & Mike are our go to Sitter’s now. They do an amazing job taking care of my eight month old golden doodle, including reinforcing training and keeping her on a great schedule. Jazmin is always super excited to see them and I don’t feel guilty. Leaving her when we go on trips.

Luana took great care of our fur baby. She was very knowledgeable and professional, and treated our pup like her own. It was our first time to board, so we really appreciated that she did a “meet and greet” before the scheduled appointment. Her home is clean, neat and has a nice yard for the dogs to play. Luana answered all our questions, and made us feel at ease. She sent us photos and videos and kept us updated. Our pup had a great time! Will definitely come back to her if we need a pet sitter/boarding again.

Emely was absolutely amazing! She took such great care of my cat, Lilo, and made me feel completely at ease while I was away. She kept me updated every day with how Lilo was doing, and it was clear that Lilo was in great hands. I’m very satisfied with the dog sitter. She truly loves dogs and takes wonderful care of mine. She bathes and grooms my dog, takes her on regular daily walks, and even brings her on outdoor adventures. She also frequently sends me lots of photos and videos of their time together, which I really appreciate. My dog seems to really like her and always looks happy and relaxed in her care. Zoey loved her time at Williams house, him and his wife took such good care of her. She loved them and their home, especially the expansive backyard she had available to play in. We received photos, videos and updates often, which made us feel more comfortable while we were on vacation. We would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Banafsheh is absolutely special. We have tried several different dog sitters over the years, but the love, care, and tenderness that Sammy received from her were truly exceptional. You could see it in every single picture she sent us. Her communication was outstanding. She kept in touch with us throughout our trip, constantly updating us and putting our minds completely at ease about Sammy’s care. Would we go back to her? Absolutely—without hesitation. This was our first time using Rover and we were nervous about someone watching our dogs. Junping met with us ahead of booking and she helped us feel completely at ease. We made the perfect choice going with her. Junping was professional and very responsive throughout the booking. She loved our dogs like her own and sent lots of daily photos. We absolutely will be using her again in the future.

Xiaochang was amazing from the beginning. She accepted him at very last minute and was a lifesaver to us in that moment. She was so good and patient with our dog. She took great care of him and sent pictures, videos, and updates on how he was doing during his two day stay. She is highly recommended.

Aurora took great care of Pacha. This was our second time boarding Pacha with the family and we have fantastic experience. She's communicative with every situations and sent cute pictures of him everyday. Pacha is not the easiest dog to take care of but Aurora had great patience and seemed to work it out with Pacha really well. Really appreciate her and the family took care of Pacha like their own family member and we will definitely reach back when we need to board Pacha again.
