Olivia is doing a phenomenal job with my dog. He adores her and is eagerly waiting for his walks every day. She has consistently provided detailed notes about how his walk went and who they ran into. She also flags anything that is unusual in his routine and includes a series of cute pictures on all his rover cards. Thus far, she has been a great communicator, flexible, and reliable. Aileen was incredibly sweet, conscientious and able to respond + accommodate a dog walk on very short notice. She was extremely enthusiastic and very punctual the next day — she gave so much care and attention to Pony and even provided updates on how enjoyable the walk was!
