Olivia is doing a phenomenal job with my dog. He adores her and is eagerly waiting for his walks every day. She has consistently provided detailed notes about how his walk went and who they ran into. She also flags anything that is unusual in his routine and includes a series of cute pictures on all his rover cards. Thus far, she has been a great communicator, flexible, and reliable. Halona is awesome! She's reliable, punctual, very communicative during the whole process, and very attentive to my dog and our concerns. She took the time to get to know my dog Loki and made sure to follow through the commands we usually do to Loki. Loki loves walking with Halona and enjoys her company. Definitely use Halona's help again and 100% recommend to anyone needing a petsitter.
