Dog Boarding in Freeport

I left Luna with Reginay with only a few days notice, but she took great care of her and have amazing updates with photos. Will be booking again

We had a wonderful first meet-and-greet with Yvonne and Wing before an upcoming boarding stay. Although they don’t typically do trial sessions, they kindly accommodated my request, which meant the world to me since my dog, Dori, is super shy. Dori settled right in and looked like he genuinely enjoyed his time there. Yvonne and Wing were fantastic—they shared great observations and feedback about how Dori did during his visit, which immediately put my mind at ease. Their big, spacious backyard is perfect for dogs to explore and roam around safely. We can’t wait for Dori’s upcoming longer stay with them!

Denise was amazing with Chiku! He had such a good time with her and the dogs. Denise also made sure to keep us updated with photos and videos, which we really appreciated! Would highly recommend Denise. You will pet will be in the best hands and care possible!

I cannot recommend Anais enough! I needed a pet sitter while I was out of the country for a wedding, and from the very beginning, Anais was absolutely amazing. Her communication was outstanding—she was always quick to respond, professional, and kept me updated throughout my dog’s stay. What truly impressed me was how accommodating she was. My travel plans ended up changing, and I needed to extend my dog’s stay and make adjustments to pickup times due to unexpected delays. Anais was incredibly flexible, understanding, and willing to work with me every step of the way. She also sent plenty of photos and updates, which meant so much to me while I was away. It was clear that my dog was being well cared for, loved, and treated like part of the family. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, reliable, professional, and genuinely caring, Anais is the person you want watching your pet. I would not hesitate to book with her again, and she will absolutely be my first choice for future pet-sitting needs. Aya was great with my corgi! She was communicative throughout the stay, sending daily photo and video updates that really gave me peace of mind. I especially appreciated her flexibility with an early morning drop-off and her availability over Memorial Day weekend. My pup came home happy and well cared for!

11/10 recommend! This was our 2nd time having Justin as our dog sitter for multiple night boarding. Justin is really nice, and really cares about dogs. He provides updates and we love the photos we get too. We recommend him and we will surely be returning again for another time. Thanks so much Justin!

Deborah is absolutely amazing. This was the first time we have left Phoebe since moving to the US and as expected I was very anxious. Deborah made me feel so at ease the entire time I was away. She gave Phoebe the time and space to feel comfortable in her home and this very quickly evident in how settled Phoebe became. I got lots of lovely updates and reassurance that she was doing ok. Deborah took genuine care of our dog and treated her like one of her own. Highly recommend and we will be returning very soon.

Marcie did a great job taking care of our little old lady! She communicated well, kept us updated and made the process very easy. This was our first time using Rover an will definitely rebook with her!

My pups had a wonderful time with Khyli and her pups. She sent me photos and kept me updated on the boys which gave me peace of mind. Knowing my boys were in good hands allowed me to enjoy my trip. I would definitely recommend her and her services and plan to use her the next time I need a sitter. The boys and I thank you!

Kody had an amazing time!! April communicated with me about how Kody was doing and she was so accommodating especially since I booked with her last minute!! She even asked about if Kody had any allergies since she wanted to give her own treats! Definitely recommend and will be coming here again!!

Katherine was great! She was conscientious and accommodating about introducing our dogs and making sure my senior, special needs dog would be okay in the new environment. I'm always nervous about finding care for Stella when I have to travel, but I felt very comfortable leaving her with Katherine. And I'm grateful she kept me updated on how she was doing during her stay. Thank you!

Sadie loves staying with Auntie Tesia! She is comfortable there and is always well taken care of. Tesia is great at communicating with text and photo/video updates.

I’m so glad to have been introduced to Sunshine and Shannon through a complete coincidence. But maybe it was fate. After losing our favorite sitter to a greedy landlord, I was worried about delving back into the sitter pool after so long. But then the app somewhat forcefully suggested Sunshine & Shannon and that goodness it did. We had a great meet and greet, Penny immediately felt comfortable which was a good sign. And when it came time for her first stay, she happily wagged her way to the door and made herself at home. The stream of photos and videos while I was away further proved she was becoming the princess she deserves to be, lounging around in her “castle”. More importantly it was obvious she was in very good and caring hands. We’re both looking forward to her next stay with Sunshine & Shannon!

Michael went above and beyond during our dog’s recent stay with him. Unfortunately, our dog got really sick during his stay and Michael took great care of him and brought him to the emergency vet. He was calm and understanding throughout despite the circumstances. We really appreciated everything he did and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a sitter!

I have to do a follow up. There is nothing better that seeing your loved ones happy. My sassy little drama queen pitches a hissy fit every time she realizes we are leaving her but not with Richard and his wife. She is happy to arrive. She recognized the area before we get there, runs toward the house with unrestrained enthusiasm and is so happy there. Am I a little jealous? Yes! I am I so happy to see her so well cared for? Undoubtedly. Thank you both so much. 👏👏
