Jenny always gives our pets special treatment and stays in touch every visit with notes and photos I know they are safe and given loving care

I felt very comfortable going away and leaving my pets in Aurora’s care. She is very attentive to my pets needs and always gave extra loves. I really appreciate her communications messages to provide updates. This was my second time using Aurora and won’t be my last. I would highly recommend her if you want the best care for your pet while you are away.

Alex was excellent with our boy (cat). Alex is very patient, calm and caring pet sitter i can see he is true animal lover. He followed all the instructions during the visit. He even made sure to take the package from door step and put it inside in our absence. I strongly recommend him and will be booking him again for future visits

Veronica was amazing. Can’t recommend strongly enough. Super attentive to detail, fast friends with our two middle aged cats and even helped out with some odds and ends around the house when she came over. In person meet and greet before we departed made us comfortable that she had all the info she needed from us. We will definitely be seeking her help in the future!

Siqin was thorough with cleaning many litter boxes and feeding wet food, and friendly and patient with my three cats who are a little shy. She was flexible with our schedule.

Anqi is responsible and reliable. She took wonderful care of our cat and kept us updated throughout the visit. We felt very comfortable knowing our cat was in good hands.

We were very pleased with the service Jill provided for our kitties while we were away visiting with family for a few days before the holidays. She was nicely quick, professional and responsive when contacting her and providing her service.

Kseniia was great! She took wonderful care of my cat, Cheesecake, while I was away for a long trip and kept me updated with photos and videos throughout her stay. She was very happy throughout her stay. Would highly recommend :)
