Jiaji’s visit descriptions are fantastic — detailed and a joy to read. It’s clear that Jiaji truly adores animals and takes excellent care of them. I would be very grateful to have her sit my pets again.

Tianying was thoughtful and communicative and shared lots of updates with us when she came to check in on our cats, even though coco was hiding!

Jinhao was a pleasure to work with! He is very easy to communicate with and very responsive, which gave me great peace of mind while I was away. He arrived right on time and it’s obvious he has a lot of experience and a genuine love for animals. My cat Sumo took to him almost immediately! Jinhao took care of all the essentials: feeding, fresh water, and scooping the litter, and also spent quality time playing with Sumo. I felt completely at ease knowing my cat was in such good hands. I will definitely be booking with him again in the future.

Alex was excellent with our boy (cat). Alex is very patient, calm and caring pet sitter i can see he is true animal lover. He followed all the instructions during the visit. He even made sure to take the package from door step and put it inside in our absence. I strongly recommend him and will be booking him again for future visits

OMGOODNESS… where do I begin!?! Veronica is simply the best! Throughout our multiple decades of being human parents to felines we have had our fair share of dealings with all sorts of different sitters and sitter places. When we decided to try a new route with Rover, we were very nervous with our newest feline family addition. We connected with Veronica, and instantly liked her. After her first booking with our fave fur babe, we fell in-love with her, and so did our kitty boy. Veronica truly goes above and beyond the call of duty. She thinks beyond the box, and makes helpful suggestions for things we don’t even think about. We’ve implemented every one of her ideas. She continues to find new ways to play, entertain, and love on our kitty boy. Each time we come home from travel, our kitty boy is in better shape then when we left. His love language is Play Time, and Veronica showers him with it. His second love language is food. Hahaha! In the past, we’ve come home from travel and would have to work off the excess caloric intake our kitty boy received while away. We were saddened by the over abundance of food he’d been given, but he was still starved for attention. We brushed it off, being happy that he didn’t starve. 😅 We just didn’t know any better... Until Veronica!!! She has increased our standards of expectations for our kitty boy. 🥰❤️🥰

Our kitty, Luna, is normally very shy and hides under the couch. She immediately trusted Siqin and loved playing with her. I’m so glad we have someone we can trust and who Luna is comfortable with. Thank you!!

Jessica is a fantastic sitter! She took great care of our cat during the holiday break, even on bad weather days. I loved the photo updates and felt completely at ease knowing our cat was in such capable hands. Our cat clearly bonded with her and will miss her. She also took care of the mails, moved the trash bins and made sure that the doors were locked. Thanks Jessica!

Sara was wonderful in checking in on my cat while I was out of town. She was responsible and reliable and kept me informed of how things were going and sent pictures every day. I highly recommend her and will call on her again!

I felt very comfortable going away and leaving my pets in Aurora’s care. She is very attentive to my pets needs and always gave extra loves. I really appreciate her communications messages to provide updates. This was my second time using Aurora and won’t be my last. Paige was extremely communicative, reliable and amazing! She sent update pictures for every visit and assured me that my pet bunny Luna was happy, healthy and well cared for.
