Thomas was an excellent sitter. He followed my cat’s routine very precisely and clearly put a lot of care into every visit. His communication was outstanding, consistent updates, thoughtful notes, and photos that made me feel completely at ease while I was away. He truly went above and beyond, spending extra time to make sure my cat was comfortable and engaged. I felt very safe leaving my pet in his care and would absolutely book him again. Siqin was absolutely wonderful with our cat! She cared for her with so much love and attention — from regular meals and playtime to sending us the cutest photo updates. Suzie was a tremendous help with my senior CKD cat, Molly, during two home subcutaneous fluid sessions. On the first day, I took the lead and Suzie assisted with line priming, valve operation, and helping keep Molly comfortable and still during the procedure. On the second day, Suzie took the lead and successfully performed the needle insertion and fluid administration while I assisted with positioning Molly, valve operation, and fluid flow. Molly's care requires patience, teamwork, attention to detail, and a calm approach. Suzie was reliable, professional, gentle with Molly, and adaptable when our roles changed from one day to the next. On the day Suzie took the lead, Molly received her full fluid treatment with no observed leakage, and Molly remained comfortable, mobile, and relaxed afterward. I would gladly work with Suzie again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for dependable help with a pet who has ongoing medical needs.

Jiaji was a fantastic sitter for our two kittens (5-6 months old)! She is very communicative and thorough in her visits and care notes. She went above and beyond to give added care when the kittens needed a bit more attention and some medication application. She also took very good care of our home. Highly recommend!

Tianying was thoughtful and communicative and shared lots of updates with us when she came to check in on our cats, even though coco was hiding!

Jiaqi is a phenomenal sitter. She’s super patient and accommodating to my little boy’s (Tofu) needs. It’s obvious that she loves the fur babies she’s taking care of. We got plenty of pictures and videos of Tofu while we are out of town. Tofu had a blast under Jiaqi’s care! Definitely recommend and will have her help with our kitty again!

Paige was extremely communicative, reliable and amazing! She sent update pictures for every visit and assured me that my pet bunny Luna was happy, healthy and well cared for. I was worried since most people don't have much experience with bunnies, but Paige asked thorough questions to make sure she cared for Luna in the best way possible. Would extremely recommend her!

Jessica is a fantastic sitter! She took great care of our cat during the holiday break, even on bad weather days. I loved the photo updates and felt completely at ease knowing our cat was in such capable hands. Our cat clearly bonded with her and will miss her.
