Our Lola was in wonderful hands while staying with Lily! She communicated and sent pictures throughout the week. We were able to enjoy our vacation so much more knowing she was in good, loving hands and seeing how comfortable she was with Lily and her family. We can't recommend Lily enough and plan to use her services again in the future! Hands down, five stars!

Shaira kindly agreed to board my Malshi when a previous sitter cancelled on us a night before my work trip. Before finalizing the stay, Shaira was extremely communicative as we worked out the details of Sophie’s care plan to make sure that she would be a good fit for my dog. For the duration of Sophie’s stay, Shaira was extremely mindful of Sophie’s routine and her special needs as a senior dog prone to anxiety and accidents. She sent photos and videos multiple times a day where Sophie seemed her usual happy self, fully adjusted to her temporary home. Overall, Shaira provided a safe and comforting home and I hope to work with her again! Thank you!

Taiko really enjoyed his daycare stay! I appreciated all the photos/videos shared, and how well taiko got along with the other dogs. It was great to see taiko on his walk with the other dogs as well!!

Nina and Tony took fantastic care of my very shy, fearful, timid dog on her first time away from home. They were patient in understanding her particular needs and accommodating my own concerns and scheduling. They helped our scaredy pup have a positive, growing experience, and it was a big relief to know my dog was in good hands!

Siqin did a wonderful job at watching our dog Charlie. They provided us with daily updates and videos of our dog playing with other dogs. Coordinating with Siqin was very easy and they were very flexible. Will definitely rebook in the future!

Hong took wonderful care of our dog Sally for 3 days. Sally was very happy and comfortable during her stay. Hong sent regular updates, which gave us great peace of mind. Overall, it was a very good experience, and we truly appreciate the care and attention she provided. Highly recommend!

Jie created such a lovely space for my dog Tyson! She shared photos with me regularly and I can tell my dog is so relaxed and welcomed at her place. She is also a very experienced dog-sitter who can help accommodate my requests feeding my dog medication and able to notice any signs to keep me updated. Thank you so much! We’d love to come back again when needed.

I cannot recommend them enough! They took care of my Japanese Akita, Thunder, for a full 7 days. Akitas can be a challenging breed to handle, but they did an incredible job with him and managed his specific needs perfectly. They were also incredibly accommodating with my schedule—I had to drop him off early and ended up picking him up very late, and they were so gracious and understanding about it. I loved receiving all the pictures and videos throughout the week, which gave me total peace of mind. We will definitely be booking with them again next time!

Nancy has great communication. She sent us photos and updates during Xander's stay. She's quick to respond and has been patient with Xander as he gets used to her home during some daycare days before our big trip.

Judi and her family always give our 8yr old Shepherd mix all the attention and love. Judi sends loads of pictures and videos of their time together and is so easy to work with. Highly recommend.

We couldn’t be more grateful for Melody and the incredible care she provided for our senior pup, Ollie, during his 2-week stay while we were overseas. Ollie is a high-maintenance senior dog who needs a lot of attention — frequent potty breaks, encouragement to eat, and multiple medications — and Melody and her mom handled everything with so much patience, care, and professionalism. Near the end of the stay, Ollie had a medical emergency, and Melody responded immediately and calmly. She contacted our local emergency contact (who also happened to be out of town), drove Ollie to our primary vet, and kept us informed every step of the way through video updates and chat. Knowing Ollie was in such capable and caring hands gave us tremendous peace of mind while we were so far away. We are beyond thankful for everything Melody did for Ollie and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a responsible, compassionate, and trustworthy dogsitter.

5 stars care and a happy pup ! Pratima took wonderful care of Vaayu, and I truly can’t express how relieved and grateful we felt having him with her. Leaving your dog with someone else is never easy, but she made the whole experience very reassuring and stress-free. She sent thoughtful updates every day about his food, mood, and temperament, along with videos that made us feel connected to him while we were away. She carefully monitored his food intake, made sure he was comfortable, and kept us updated as he settled in and started feeling better. What stood out most was how caring, patient, and attentive she was with him. It was clear that Vaayu was not just being watched — he was genuinely cared for. He came back to us happy, comfortable, and well taken care of. This was honestly one of our best experiences with a dog sitter, and we would wholeheartedly recommend Pratima to anyone looking for loving and trustworthy care for their pet.

Yenju was so attentive to our pet and provided many updates to put our minds at ease. She gave her extra snacks which was so thoughtful and we were confident that our pet was happy. Thank you Yenju!

Marsha took care of our dog Olive last week, and she was amazing! Olive is usually a little shy at first, but Marsha was so patient and caring that she quickly warmed up—not just to Marsha, but also to the other dogs in her home. Marsha kept us updated the whole time with messages and cute photos, which we really appreciated. She made the whole process super easy and gave us peace of mind while we were away. Kaila was incredibly accommodating with pickup and drop-off times, as well as the meeting location. She took wonderful care of our shy puppy, Astro, and did a great job reading his body language and earning his trust. This was Astro's first time away from home (4 nights) and he really enjoyed his time! She kept me updated (pictures and videos) throughout his stay, which allowed me to enjoy my vacation knowing Astro was in good hands. Kaila also helped with his socialization by supervising gentle introductions to her cat and other dogs.

Dana was able to accommodate our dog on very short notice, which we really appreciated. Communication was excellent from start to finish. She was very responsive and sent plenty of pictures and updates throughout the stay. Most importantly, our dog came home happy and well cared for. We would definitely book with her again and highly recommend her to others looking for a reliable sitter.

Ken was amazing with our dog Pogo! Pogo is nervous meeting new dogs after he was attacked and bitten last year. Ken seemed to really understand how to handle a nervous dog, and proactively proposed a plan for parallel walking him with Ken's dog Neo, letting Pogo slowly get comfortable with being closer to Neo. He also did a gradual introduction again at his home, and the dogs eventually even played together 😍 This was great to see, and I appreciated having a sitter who was so careful and conscientious. We're definitely planning to book Ken again in the future! 👍

Fang was amazing with my dog Banana during a 4 day stay. She was amazing with following instructions, asking very insightful questions, and making sure to provide pleanty of updates. We will definitely book another stay with Fang!
