Jiaji is an incredibly caring and loving sitter. She took excellent care of my cat, DeeDee, and kept me updated throughout the stay with detailed and thoughtful notes, which gave me so much peace of mind. One day, DeeDee unexpectedly threw up on the couch, and Jiaji handled everything so responsibly—she cleaned it right away and also checked with me to see if DeeDee needed any medication. Her attentiveness and communication really stood out. You can truly feel her genuine love and care for animal friends. We were very happy to have Jiaji as our cat caregiver while we were away, and I would absolutely recommend her to other pet parents.

Chang was an amazing dog sitter! She was reliable, attentive, and clearly cared for my dog as if he were her own. She followed all instructions perfectly, kept me updated, and made sure my pup was happy, safe, and well cared for. Jessy was sooo great with our dog! Our German shepherd mix has a very specialized diet and requires a good amount of prep time. Jessy did a phenomenal job with taking care of her dinner, and giving her a good cuddle afterwards. Our dog instantly formed a connection with her and loved her from the first meeting! Today was a busy day for us and we were thankful Andy were able to help us out with our pup Xander! Andy sent photos and took Xander on a walk around our neighborhood. We know Xander is in good hands with Andy!

Veronica took care of my dogs like her own. One of my pups had stomach issues right after we left for a long trip. Veronica took care of him so well, was very communicative throughout and she really helped him recover well. It took good one week, she even brought boiled rice and pumpkin puree from her home to help my dog ease into eating regular diet. I am incredibly grateful to Veronica. Saana was so so patient with Hugo! She was so willing to flex on a last min ask. We first scheduled a meet and greet and Hugo already loved her right from the get go. He’s still a young 3 months old puppy, so as a new dog parent I am extremely careful about who I pick, and have a lot to ask. On top of that, Hugo is bitey (we are working on this)!! Saana was amazing with him, very careful with the instructions and the asks I had, and left everything so nicely in the house. Hugo had a great time and def was well taken care of. 100% will book with Saana again.

Su took care of our energetic husky and went above and beyond. We did 10 visits - morning and evening, where she fed our dog and took him for a walk. She was professional courteous, and sent us a lot of updates with pictures. She is highly trustworthy and fully recommended.

Myat took wonderful care of our two cats while we were away for a week. Her communication every day was excellent, she gave detailed text and photo updates with each visit and we could see that our cats were being well taken care of. 10/10 would book again!
