Thomas was an excellent sitter. He followed my cat’s routine very precisely and clearly put a lot of care into every visit. His communication was outstanding, consistent updates, thoughtful notes, and photos that made me feel completely at ease while I was away. He truly went above and beyond, spending extra time to make sure my cat was comfortable and engaged. I felt very safe leaving my pet in his care and would absolutely book him again. Loved her! She was great with the kitties and did and amazing job following complex instructions for medications and feeding directions. Even our shyest kitty came out to socialize out her because she was so comfortable! Highly recommended. She went above and beyond.

This was my first time using Rover and found Veronica. She was amazing taking care of my 2 cats. She was on time and sometimes even earlier, sent me updates and pictures/videos on real time. She provided great care to my kittens, followed all the instructions perfectly about their food, water, snacks and play time. Highly recommended and will definitely contact her again. Su is lovely and responsive to the pets. It was a struggle at first to get our bratty little dog to take his meds but she has the process down now!

Jiaji was a great support to our family with our 4 month old Bichon puppy. She kept our puppy busy and entertained as we scrambled to get out of the house, and took care of her when we were gone. She was timely and reliable, as well as very responsive.

Tianying is easy to communicate with, and went above and beyond. Our cat needs medicine daily for diabetes, and we came home to a happy cat with good blood sugar level

Paige is absolutely wonderful! We had never used a home-visiting pet sitter before, but Paige has made me wonder why we waited so long. She is diligent, communicative, timely, and responsive — everything you could hope for in a caregiver. Leaving my beloved elderly rabbit in someone else's hands is no small thing, but Paige gave me such peace of mind that I was actually able to relax and enjoy a trip away for the first time in years. Jessy was sooo great with our dog! Our German shepherd mix has a very specialized diet and requires a good amount of prep time. Jessy did a phenomenal job with taking care of her dinner, and giving her a good cuddle afterwards. Our dog instantly formed a connection with her and loved her from the first meeting!
