Ashleigh from the first walk-through visit left me with confidence that my cat would be well taken care of but also gave me a peace of mind that he would be loved! Ashleigh is professional & thorough while also relaxed, respectful, kind and efficient. She is a person who goes above and beyond while taking care of your pet. While I was away there was an ant infestation where I place the food & water fountain and without a thought she took care of the situation immediately then communicated to me so I was aware. When I got home days later I could not tell it had ever happened. Kuddos to Ashleigh and much appreciation. I highly recommend Ashleigh and cannot praise her enough! My cat also let me know that he now has a BFF! 💕First time using Rover and know I will use them again.

Leanna and my cat hit it off pretty quickly! And she looked like a super comfy cat in all the photos Leanna sent. My cat was very well taken care of!

They’re thoughtful, hilarious, and so detailed that I feel like I get to experience every little adventure alongside my animals. She has such a gift for capturing their personalities, and somehow every visit turns into a story I’ll be smiling about for days. Beyond taking incredible care of my pets, she always goes the extra mile for my home. Whether it’s tidying up, bringing in packages, resetting enrichment toys, noticing little maintenance issues, or making sure everything is ready for me when I get home, she consistently does more than I ever expect. The best part is knowing my animals are genuinely having fun while I’m away. They aren’t just being cared for—they’re being enriched, loved, and understood. We’re all so lucky to have Rachael!

This was our first time using Rover and leaving our shy cat with someone he didn’t know - and Berenice was WONDERFUL! She meet with us before which really helped us. She took great care of Tomcat, and sent lots of pictures and videos of him. It really helped us enjoy our vacation knowing he was in such good hands. Thank you so so much!!

Pam took excellent care of my pets - cats and hens - and kept me posted through WhatsApp about their status. Left the house clean and tidy - so will definitely hire her again!

Communication is always excellent. timely updates, photos, and transparency. Michael give us complete peace of mind. It’s clear how much he genuinely love what he does, and our dogs are always happy and well cared for. So Thankful.

Kendra is awesome. We have a new puppy who has to stay home alone. We are a bit finicky since Dexter is so young and learning. Kendra helps us feel at ease while we are away. Without her potty training would be 10x harder. Thank you Kendra

Marley was awesome, responsive with a very late last minute request and very kind to check on our kitties. She put our mind at ease and we were very grateful to have her. It’s so nice to find her and would absolutely use again!

I have booked with Micki many times and she has a good relationship with my kitties now. She is so thoughtful and I adore the photos she sends me as well as a summary of each visit. I highly recommend her!
