Rochelle and family have the dogs a lot of Love and Attention. They were very welcoming and Rochelle was very professional and listened well to the directions. I highly recommend Shayne and her family. Our pups love going and they get super excited when we are on our way. She has accomodated us many times when our flights are delayed or an emergency comes up and we are not anle to pick them up on time They are amazing! They have truly been a blessing to our pups and us! Other animals are on site and is so beautiful to know our pups are safe and comfortable there with Shayne and her family! We had an amazing experience! They took care of Whisky as if he were their own pet. He went on regular walks, and we received constant photos and videos, which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away.They made us feel that Whisky was in a safe, loving, and caring environment. We had a wonderful experience with Alicia! She clearly loves dogs and kept us updated with messages and photos throughout our trip. I highly appreciate jasmine and her being able to work with us for our boy Kilo. She is very communicative and kept in touch giving us updates and photos as well. My pup absolutely loves coming to Paws on Puente. It is definitely his home away home. He has so much fun playing with all the pups and is absolutely exhausted when he gets home. This is our go to Rover and always know our baby is in good hands with Auntie Cheridyn and Uncle Gil!
