Melisa was, in a word, AMAZING. We scheduled drop-in visits with her to keep an eye on our cat Clementine and Melisa wrote detailed updates for us and sent us a ton of photos, which we loved. We had a pee-incident on the couch that Melisa took in stride (thank you so much, again) and she really went above and beyond, helping put enzymatic cleaner on our couch so that the cat urine didn't just sit for two weeks, popping our mail inside and also keeping an eye on my plants.
