Megan made me feel very comfortable taking care of my cat while i was away on vacation. I was a first time user of the rover app and she was very helpful and patient with me (i ask a lot of questions). I will be definitely be contacting Megan again when i need to be out of town! Traci is very friendly and reliable. She took care of our cats for two weeks (one requires daily medication), and everything went smoothly. She seemed to have a good way with the cats; they are pretty shy but seemed to warm up to her quickly and enjoy the company. Traci was also pretty considerate about tidying up and provided thorough daily reports and lots of pictures and videos. Thank you, Traci!

This is my 1st time using Rover I did not know what to expect. I was very nervous because we needed someone to check on our pup while we were vacationing at our son's house. We were taking a day trip and could not leave the pup by himself in a new place. I found Rachael's bio and immediately like that she carried extra, leash, collars, and horn. That was important because there are coyotes in my sons area. She mentioned that she made sure the doors were secured when she left. This was also important because this was not my house Rachael wanted to meet us and Taco prior to her coming to for the drop-in. We all felt comfortable at the meeting. The day of the drop-in I was not as nervous because we had met. She let me know when she was on her way, when she arrived and when she left. After she attended to Taco I received a very detailed note, a map of their walk and pictures! I was not expecting such a detailed note. I was so relieved and it made my heart happy. I hope she will be available the next time we are in town. I wish she was close to me. I would not hesitate to use her again. My Taco was not to sure of her when she 1st arrived but she let him take his time and warm up. After that I'm sure he didn't want her to leave. She walked him, fed him, gave him treats, played ball, belly rubs plus lots of love! I can't thank her enough!!
