We can always count on Tony! We left the country and had limited phone access but we were at ease knowing our pets were in great hands. Despite our inconsistent replies, Tony regularly sent updates and pictures. He treats our pets and home like they are his and we are endlessly grateful to have him as part of our community. This was our first time using Joyce (and Patrick) for dog sitting while we were out of town for a few days. Would highly recommend. Super thoughtful and trustworthy dog sitter. Asks questions to get to know the dog and their needs. Gave us periodic updates with photos. We felt assured Niles was in good hands and this was by far the best sitter experience we've had on Rover. Look forward to working with Joyce again!
Jaclyn was wonderful. Was a bit nervous as I had never used an outside service before to watch my animals and home. Jaclyn put my mind at ease by checking in throughout the day and sending pics of our kitty. Highly recommend!!
