Kairo was wonderful with Balian! We felt completely comfortable knowing he was in such good hands while we were away. She followed his care plan closely and sent us pictures and updates throughout our trip, which we really appreciated and gave us great peace of mind. Balian was happy and well cared for when we got home, and our house was left in perfect condition. We’re so grateful for the care she gave him and would absolutely recommend Kairo to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet sitter. We would definitely use her again! 🐾❤️

We had interviewed over 12 sitters over a few months before feeling comfortable enough to have someone house sit for our pack of 4 pups. My husband and I are both working professionals and we don’t have children yet, so our 4 dogs ranging from 35 pounds to 145 pounds are really the center of our world. Erick helped put us at ease knowing that he would reinforce our clear boundaries and routines that our dogs learned in professional training. He followed our directions that at times I know was fairly specific and made sure to ask questions when needed. All of our dogs take medications and he showed he was proficient in this area of dog care. Erick went above and beyond my husband & I’s expectations, he was always very responsive and professional with all communication. If I’m being honest I can be a little bit of a helicopter fur mom. Erick did amazing at anticipating my questions and gave me an intangible peace of mind while my husband and I were both out of state traveling. He went out of his way to make sure I knew my pack were being well loved and cared for. To my surprise he even cleaned up my house and backyard, kept up with the dishes and just made sure the house ran smoothly. We appreciated him so much and will be rebooking in the future if we travel.

Anthony is a very confident pet setter my cat loved him and he was well taken care of . Anthony was sending me pics of my cat on a daily bases . Which made me very content. I would definitely recommend him and use him again.

Skylar is incredibly reliable and a great communicator! We wholeheartedly, trust her with our Sasha girl. We are so grateful to have found her.

Sky warmed up to Marissa instantly at the meet and greet and again when Marissa came for the house/pet sitting. When we arrived home Sky was happy and had been well taken care of.

Leslie took such a great car of my pup this evening; she came in and met the pups beforehand, is a good communicator, provided updates and asked about pups’ feeds beforehand, a morning of the sit! We will definitely contact Leslie to help us again in the future.

Malissa was amazing! My dog absolutely loves her. She was attentive and caring, taking time to walk her and play with her. Malissa is extremely responsible and trustworthy. I will be calling her for any future dog sitting. I highly recommend her!

Danielle was awesome! She went above and beyond to make sure my pup was taken care of, including playtime, pup cups and all. She was very communicative and gave regular updates. I would absolutely recommend her looking after your fur babies!

Beth was absolutely fantastic. This was our first time using Rover, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We were away in Hawaii for a full week and trusted Beth to stay in our home and care for our two English Bulldogs, Rose and Bob. From the moment we met her, we felt completely at ease—and she exceeded every expectation. Beth clearly loves animals. Rose and Bob were happy, well cared for, and totally comfortable the entire time. She kept us updated with regular messages and great photos, which made being away so much easier. On top of that, she took excellent care of our home. Everything was spotless and exactly as we left it. The biggest compliment we can give is this: we now feel confident leaving town because we know Beth is there. That peace of mind is priceless. Claudia is so caring and detailed. She will even come up with ideas for our pets to make them feel loved and special and runs everything by us first. We trust her implicit with our pets and in our home! She also even cleans up and leaves the house in a better condition than we even left it! She treats it like her own.
