Michelle was the best Rover ever! She came with extensive experience with animals at the Humane Society, which is just what Spirit needed. Spirit was a rescue and although very well adjusted to her new home, having the most experienced and loving caretaker. At our meet and greet, Michelle asked about all of her needs, medical and how to play with her. She was an instant friend with organic buffalo treats on our meet and greet. In our week away we got daily updates with wonderful pictures of Spirit doing her favorite things from eating to playing with her favorite toys. The bubbles, the balls and her wand. Melissa did an amazing job caring for our two cats while we were away for over a week. We had her stop in every few days to care for food and litter needs. She went above expectations and stayed to play with our more social cat, sending me lots of videos/pictures to show me how they were doing. This is the first time we’ve used Rover and the first time our cats haven’t protest peed on our clothes when we got home ? would 100% recommend Melissa, she is sweet, personable, a great communicator and our cats loved having her take care of them.

Ashleigh from the first walk-through visit left me with confidence that my cat would be well taken care of but also gave me a peace of mind that he would be loved! Ashleigh is professional & thorough while also relaxed, respectful, kind and efficient. She is a person who goes above and beyond while taking care of your pet. While I was away there was an ant infestation where I place the food & water fountain and without a thought she took care of the situation immediately then communicated to me so I was aware. When I got home days later I could not tell it had ever happened. Kuddos to Ashleigh and much appreciation. I highly recommend Ashleigh and cannot praise her enough! My cat also let me know that he now has a BFF! 💕First time using Rover and know I will use them again.

Chantel did a terrific job caring for my cats for a month. She is professional, quick to respond, and went above and beyond trying to solve a (non-pet related) house problem that came up while I was away. She’ll be my first choice for next time!

Amanda is amazing as usual. This is our 7th or 8th time booking with her. She is always quick to respond to our requests, flexible and pays wonderful attention to our two cats. She plays with them, understands their personality differences, and she provides a detailed report each time of their behaviors and whether they are eating/drinking. She always sends multiple photos, too. Thank you Amanda! You’re a true gem.

Laura has been a dependable buddy for our two cats while we are away. She is super friendly, easy to communicate with, and very reliable. We are very lucky to have her taking care of of our girls!

Tania is more than a pet sitter, she’s Aunt Tania to our fur baby. Not only does she take great care of our cat, Gracie, she also takes care of our house as if it was her own. She’s just a joy to be with too!
