House Sitting in Guatay

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Carolyn! We had used Carolyn previously to dog-sit our single older terrier, and thought she was amazing then. We recently had her back for a long weekend that included house sitting and caring for three dogs (our terrier, plus a friend’s older Corgi and young puppy Corgi). The complexity of the canine management required three pages of instructions! Just an example of the complexities include: the older Corgi was prone to falling in the pool (so could not be unsupervised outside); the older terrier and young puppy Corgi did not get along all of the time; the two older dogs had medication requirements at different times of day; and the feeding the three dogs necessitated complicated logistics, using different food and separate feeding locations. There are very few dog-sitters I would have trusted with all of this canine craziness! Carolyn took it all in stride. We received frequent photos from Carolyn during the weekend, and the pups were safe and happy (even the cranky old terrier). The house was beautiful when we return. So fantastic to find a pro like Carolyn on Rover!

Paris was great! Super nice and communicative. Helpful in the yard after a severe windstorm. Highly recommend. Thank you Paris for the adorable doggie book you made for us. We will forever Cherish your kindness. We will definitely use you again!

Jalen did such a great job with the dogs. I came back and the dogs were happy. They didn’t make a mess. I didn’t hear any issues throughout the day. Jalen listened to the instructions that I gave him to make it easy for him and the dogs Which I truly appreciate I would definitely book Jaylin again if he is available.

AJ was puntual, considerate, and caring. She saved us on our trip for a last minute swoop in and dog sit. We are so grateful for all the updates, and fun hikes she took our fuzzy britches on and her flexibility to postpone other work to devote extra time to our special needs dog. She's awesome!

Jennifer did a fantastic job taking care of our two crazy French bulldogs. Could have used a bit more communication throughout the 5 days but in all the dogs seemed to have enjoyed themselves. Will definitely book again in the future

Kenise took incredible care of our home and our fur baby Kona. We had a relaxing vacation knowing she was in Kenise's very capable and professional care. We will definitely use her again.

This was the second time Rachel watched our dog and she did great! She was even able to get our bougie indoor dog to go out in the rain to go potty- something we aren’t even able to do that often!

Jenilee did a great job watching our two high energy huskies. She communicated with us and took excellent care to be a conscientious house guest while she watched the pups in our home for several days. We really appreciate her and how friendly and caring she was with our dogs!
