**Exceptional Care and Communication – Highly Recommend!** We recently started to use Rover for our dog’s care while we were away, and we couldn’t be happier with the service from Elaine! From start to finish, the experience was seamless. The sitter was incredibly responsive and made sure to keep us updated throughout the entire stay. We received numerous pictures of our dog enjoying playtime with other puppies, which put our minds at ease knowing she was having a blast. The sitter also provided feedback after the stays, letting us know how our dog was adjusting and how well she was getting along with the other pets. It was clear that they genuinely care about the pets they look after. We were able to enjoy our trip without worrying about our furry friend, thanks to their excellent communication and attentive care. Highly recommend Elaine for anyone looking for trustworthy, loving, and professional pet care. We will definitely be using their services again!

I knew Chester loved Ashley when we left she walked up to him to say goodbye and he licked her on her face. We will be back. Chester I’m sure loved her long fingernails on his backside too!

Narumi was the perfect match for our puppy. She kept updating us frequently with texts, pictures and videos of our dog which we appreciated. We were worried about our dog as she's very shy but Narumi did her magic!

Kevin and Victoria were very welcoming and nice. They've always been very responsive. They initiated the meet & greet, to make sure Lilo was a good fit. We got to see their pets as well, and get to see Lilo interacted with them as well as the other pups they had at that time. They sent us updates pretty much daily and some pictures of Lilo during our trip. The drop off and pick up were easy. We love their backyard and good location, felt pretty safe. Lilo came back to us nice and clean as well, still smelling good after 8 days :) We can't thank enough to have a great care taker.

Nicole is amazing!!!!!!!!! She took great care of our rascal during a high demand weekend, and definitely gained this pup's trust and then some. She was very flexible with our travel plan timing and accommodated everything without a hitch. Definitely an A+++++ and we would use her again in a heartbeat. Thank you Nicole! :)

What an amazing 1st Rover experience!!! Our 5 year old Cocker absolutely loved his stay. It truly was home away from home. Lori did an amazing job!!! I was getting daily updates and pictures and our Archie was happy on every single one, which is always a great sign. He came back home totally happy and exhausted from all the fun with Lori and her family. Lori also made sure to only feed Archie his food and his treats, because of his food allergies, I know it was extra hard as Archie loves food and it's hard to say no to his sweet face ?? I'm so happy we found a second home for our fur baby. Will definitely book another stay with Lori.

Thank you Perla for taking such good care of Frosty!!! We had a last minute request for Perla to look after Frost for an out of State trip. We received daily pictures of his adventures and their activities. He had such a great time with Her dogs and meeting the other dog that was being taken care off. It’s always a great feeling leaving your dog in the hands of someone that loves them as much as you do. I highly reccomend you using her as your dog sitter. She goes above and beyond. We feel so lucky to have come across her. Thank you again Perla! I’m sad Frost will have to be away from his new found friends. We will be booking you soon again in the future!

Best sitter ever! This was a great experience, Felix was such a happy boy. It was like he never left. She sent us pictures everyday and gave us daily updates. We will definitely be rebooking in the future!

Frida is very good with dogs and sent us regular updates with pics of our fur baby. She was very accommodating with our schedule and took good care of our dog.

Sonish was amazing!!!!! I would have put up 10 stars if I could. Sonish went above and beyond for my furry-son, Charlie. Charlie is timid and has separation anxiety, so I am cautious with whom I leave him. (It had been a family member only until I met Sonish). From the first meet-and-greet, I felt comfortable leaving Charlie with Sonish and knew he would be in good hands. Sonish kept me informed of how Charlie was doing, from eating to using the bathroom to relaxing, with cute pictures throughout the day, which made me feel so much better and allowed me to enjoy my mini-vacay. I knew Charlie had an awesome time from looking at the photos. Every furry-parent needs Sonish in their lives, is how I feel! Thank you, Sonish, will be back!

Jon is excellent. Dropping off Wilfred to a sitter can have all the dramatics of a kidnapping, but Wilfred is much more calm with Jon than he has been with anyone else, ever. That tells me that Wilfred trusts Jon and knows he’s going to well cared for and have a good time. Jon is my go-to sitter for my very anxiety ridden beagle and I’ll continue to use his services whenever I can.

Ivonne was awesome! She took great care of our dog Ollie while we were away. We got daily photo updates and I could tell he was in good hands! Definitely will be using her services again!

Jeimy did a wonderful job watching our dog Bodhi! She did a great job communicating and sent us daily photos and videos. You could tell Bodhi had a great time with her. She was also very kind and bought him a nice dog toy for Christmas! We will definitely work with her again.

Karina is an absolutely phenomenal dog sitter. But she has been watching our dogs for 6 years now and we wouldn't trust anybody more. At this point it's practically a second home for them.

Libby loves to stay with Katherine and is treated like family! We don’t hesitate to ask Katherine to watch Libby while we’re traveling because we know she is in great hands.

We loved Shardae. She kept us up-to-date with Vader, our, cat the entire time. We also were concerned he wasn’t going to eat or open up, and immediately he seemed to feel right at home with her. We are very lucky to have found her. She’s super sweet and we can immediately tell she cared for our pet as if it was her own. She was accommodating at the last second which we embarrassingly kept changing plans. Everything is deeply appreciated thank you!
