Doggy Day Care in Hayward

Will definitely book with Cindy again! This was my very first time utilizing Rover’s services and Cindy made it painless. She communicated, asked the proper questions about my pups, sent lots of pictures, and took great care of my guys. Thanks Cindy!

First off, thank you so much for taking care of my Milo! The moment we did our meet and greet, I knew this was the perfect daycare! He was so sad to have to leave. Jenna is such an amazing, kind, patient, and understanding person and Milo just gravitated to her. After the first day of daycare, he came home and went straight to sleep, something I haven’t seen him do in a long time! She kept me updated with lots of pics which brought me peace of mind. Milo was extremely excited to return back the next day and I truly feel this is his new home away from home. Thank you so much for taking care of my fur baby!

Soooo happy and grateful I found Christina and Nathan to watch my pup for daycare while I'm at work. My parents went out of town and I have to work so I wasn't going to leave her for 8 hours a day with no food, water & bathrooms breaks at home. Christina was so great and accommodating. Sent me pictures and kept me in the loop. I'm really glad I found a trustworthy sitter and when the time comes for me to go on vacation with my parents I know I can trust Christina and Nathan to watch Nala. I'm a dog sitter too so I get it but thank you soooo much !!!!

Angela and Joshua were very responsive to initial out reach, setting up a meet and greet and adding Louis to their puppy list with shot notice. They were flexible when drop off/ pickup time was adjusted after booking. Angela sent videos during Louie’s stay and it was great to see him running with the other pups and having fun! We look forward to working with Angela and Joshua again.

Shuvashna surpassed my, and I'm sure my puppy's, expectations in providing great care to Mari! I am visiting my sister, who lives in Castro Valley, for two weeks and decided at the last minute to arrange for puppy care while visiting San Francisco today. We are both new to having a dog sitter so were pretty nervous. Shuvashna sent pictures and videos and it was clear to see that Mari was having a ball and looked very relaxed! Shuvashna is courteous, professional and a "dog whisperer" from how well Mari behaved! I would recommend her every time and wished we could have hired her later this week given how well it went today! BOTH MARI AND I THANK YOU SHUVASHNA!

We are very high maintenance pet parents and we had zero complaints with Mantao. She took care of our baby as if he were her own.

Ching was great with Sofi! We booked with her last minute and she and her husband were very accommodating and flexible. Sofi was very comfortable in their home and Ching made sure to provide us with pictures and video updates throughout the day. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a kind and caring dog sitter for their pup! 🙂

Dean is amazing! He was able to accommodate, Jaymie even at a one day notice! Jaymie enjoyed her stay at Dean’s place. She comes home all happy and excited. I will definitely keep using Dean and will refer him to anyone that needs a sitter
