Doggy Day Care in Hayward

Shuvashna took great care of my puppy Coco. She was very flexible and was able to accommodate my last minute request. She sent me plenty of pictures of Coco during his stay. When I picked Coco up, I could tell he had a great time and felt comfortable in her home.

Pamela was great, my dog seemed comfortable and happy. I got a bunch of great pictures of his day and updates on him, Pamela was flexible with hours and would definitely trust her again with Cheech.

She did a great job for taking care of my dog. She walked her enough to give her good exercise, checking on her, making her comfortable and happy. She is a very thoughtful nice lady. I’m happy with her care of my dog.

Charlie seemed to have had a great time! Ellen is highly responsive and provided updates as needed. I felt extremely comfortable leaving Charlie in her care.

Lai Yung was very accommodating. She kept me updated on Margo with photos. Her place is very dog friendly. I loved that Margo had other pups to play with. I will definitely use Lai and Winnie again.

Nicole was very responsive to my request and so friendly when we met. She has joyful, bright energy and my dog and I felt comfortable as soon as we arrived. Her happy dogs greeted us with wagging tails. I will book with them again! Good people!

Su is very friendly and accomodating. She took care of Tootsie and made sure she sent me regular updates and photos and at the end of the day sends the list of activities that my dog has done throughout the day. She is easy to work with and will definitely hire her again.

Natalia took good care of my fur pup, I can tell my dog liked spending time there, and best of all she came back to me tired. So I won't have a unerstimulated dog tonight!!

Will definitely book with Cindy again! This was my very first time utilizing Rover’s services and Cindy made it painless. She communicated, asked the proper questions about my pups, sent lots of pictures, and took great care of my guys. Thanks Cindy!

Jing and her daughter were wonderful! Our little Vinny was sad to leave. I would recommend Jing and will be leaving out fur baby with her whenever we're in the area.

Phina is a godsend! It takes my senior dog a while to warm up to new people, but he knows a dog person when he smells one, and he warmed to Phina quickly. After a day with Phina and her pups, Horatio is tuckered from running around in the back yard and socializing with other well behaved dogs in her care whom I’ve met. What I really appreciate is that Phina updates me with lots of pics. As a pup parent who can’t get enough pictures of my beloved, it’s great to get pictures of my boy running around and having a good time. Phina is very responsive to queries and to the unique needs of my dog. I recommend her enthusiastically!

Jalen graciously accommodated an urgent, short-notice need for dog sitting while I’m on the road, and I am very grateful. Also very pleased with how everything went, from the meet & greet to the care provided to the excellent ongoing communications. Lastly, Jalen was kind & understanding when I was unavoidably late and he made a difficult day more bearable. Thanks, Jalen! Will definitely contact you when I return to the Bay Area!!

We are very pleased with the service we received from Dini and Ajay. Dini took the time to come and meet us before taking care of Marty and Willow. When we picked them up, we can see that they are well taken care of and very content. We’re very satisfied, and in fact, we’re continuing to use Dini and Ajay on our next trip. I appreciate the daily updates and photos they send.

Esala was amazing with my pup! Even on such short notice, he was there to help out with watching him. Ranger is a very curious and energetic pup. Esala made sure his needs were taken care of while also communicating with me throughout the day to ensure he was safe and having a good time. Esala is someone who I would definitely recommend to others and will be going to for future stays!

Ashley was amazing with Gizmo! Completely saved my day with a last minute work event. Even with my last minute request for doggie day care, Ashley was still able to take on Gizmo (2 month old puppy). Ashley sent me text and photo updates, and was entirely available for communication before and after daycare. Even in the early morning Ashley was very kind and eager to meet Gizmo (I wouldn't be that personable that early🤣) Gizmo is an anxious little boy that is unsure of new people but was completely comfortable with Ashley and her sweet pup Kona! Ashley made sure to double check Gizmo's needs and to make sure that I was comfortable with him being around other doggies. At the end of his visit, Gizmo didn't want to leave! After Gizmo's visit I would 10/10 recommend Ashley, you fur babies are in good, loving hands! But please don't be like me, please respect their time and try to adhere to the 3 day notice request! Thank you so much Ashley, can't wait to rebook!
