Doggy Day Care in Hillcrest

I reached out on short notice needing a sitter for my Belgian Malinois mix and honestly wasn’t sure who’d be up for it, mals are a lot. High energy, smart, need real exercise and mental stimulation or they get destructive/anxious. Derya didn’t just tolerate that, they clearly got it. My dog came home tired in the best way and completely unstressed, which tells me they were actually engaged and working with her energy instead of just containing it. She also sent photos and videos constantly throughout the visit, I always knew exactly what she was up to and could tell she was genuinely having a good time, not just being watched. That kind of communication is huge, especially when you’re booking last minute and a little anxious about leaving a dog like this with someone new. On top of that, they pulled it together on very short notice without missing a beat communicative, reliable, and clearly experienced with working breed temperaments, not just easy lapdogs. If you’ve got a dog that’s “too much” for the average sitter, this is who you want. Already planning to book again

Brannon was great and very easy to communicate with. He took excellent care of our older girl and this was obvious by the way she acted with him, plus by the pictures of her resting peacefully. He has a great set up for sitting with his yard, highly recommended and would book again.

We were nervous about leaving our puppy at doggy daycare for the first time, but Gabrielle did such a wonderful job of taking care of him and giving him lots of playtime!

Ana was fantastic! Grog usually has severe separation anxiety and is skittish around other people. He has never had any kind of dog sitter or been to a doggy daycare. Ana met us outside and he was immediately at ease around her. She took him on two long walks and sent pictures of his adventures. She sent updates to let us know he was doing really well. We were really concerned about how he would do his first time and she put him at ease and us, too. She does not charge enough for how amazing she was!

Zaira is wonderful with my dog Cabo. Cabo is a nervous girl, but she warmed up to Zaira quickly, which is a testament to her care for the dogs she looks after.

Jen did a great job watching Hazel! She sent an update midday with a picture and was very communicative leading up to the stay. I would definitely ask her to watch Hazel again in the future.

Cabo felt right at home. They really care about the dogs they sit for - they asked all the right questions and made sure Cabo had a great day!

Lucca loved his stay with Jose. He came back exhausted from playing all day. Jose has a natural love for dogs and treats them like his own. We loved the consistency of updates, photos and videos. Thank you for taking such good care of our fur baby!

Melanie took care of my doggies for 1 week. 2 of the days were overnight boarding at her place, the rest were daycare visits. She took wonderful care of my dogs, sent lots of photos and was responsive to texts. I was in a bind and needed her to take the dogs in an extra night and she was able to accommodate us. When I picked my dogs up they were very calm and well rested. And they were always excited to see Melanie at drop-off time. She treated them like they were her own and I am so grateful to have found her. I highly recommend Melanie. I have no doubt she will treat your pet with great care and you will be very happy you chose her. I know I am.

Emily is absolutely amazing! Bella was so happy to see her and her dog Buck. I felt completely at ease leaving Bella with her, which I don’t usually feel with others. I would highly recommend Emily to anyone looking for a careful, attentive, and loving person to take care of their dogs. We will continue booking with her any time we need someone to watch Bella.

Can’t Recommend Enough! My dog Lexi immediately felt comfortable with Chau — which is incredibly rare for her! From the moment I saw the pictures and videos, I could tell Lexi felt right at home. She was happily hanging out with Chau’s dogs, sniffing around inside and outside, sunbathing, and just chilling indoors with the other dogs, who are very sweet and well behaved. At almost 13 years old, my dog has arthritis in one of her legs and can’t take long walks anymore. But she loves being outside in nice weather. Chau went above and beyond, carrying Lexi in her doggie bag during a walk. The smile on Lexi’s face in the videos said it all. She was happy, relaxed, and clearly felt safe and loved. As a huge animal lover myself, and very particular about who I leave my fur baby with, Chau’s passion for caring for animals is obvious and the dogs feel it. You can see it in the way they respond to her with such comfort and happiness. Chau was great with communication, responsive, sending regular updates, and flexible with drop-off and pick-up times.
