Dog Boarding in Homewood

This is my first time using Rover, and Kymberly was super helpful, responsive and accommodating. We had a dog sitter back out at the last moment and she replied within an hour of putting in a request. She was very flexible with my tardiness dropping off Bobsled, and was able to extend our reservation a day when our flight got delayed. She even agreed to meet the day before our trip so the pups could get to know each other, giving us peace of mind that our dog was in good hands. Bobsled is a very energetic five month old shepherd husky mix so I know not everyone is up to the challenge. She has a fenced yard, so the dogs can hang out in the sun. 10 out of 10 would recommend and I am hoping she can watch him again soon!

Melissa makes it so much easier for us to leave tootsie. when we need to. She’s so accommodating and it is so nice to have somebody we can always count on leaving her with.

Westan was a phenomenal dog sitter for our two big guys. He was great about sending photos everyday and made sure to take the dogs on multiple walks and hikes everyday they were with him. Westan is kind and the dogs automatically felt comfortable with him (they also didn't want to leave when it was time for them to come home). I highly recommend Westan to care for your beloved animal(s).

Jessica was wonderful, she took great care of Oliver. He had an amazing time playing in their backyard, running to find and chase all the balls/toys. I appreciated all the updates, great communication and flexibility with the drop off due to last minute changes. I would definitely recommend Jessica & her husband as a great place for your pup to stay, play and be cared for. Puppy Vacay! Thank you.

Stephanie was so awesome!! We told her that our dog Maggie is a very high energy dog who needs a lot of exercise and Stephanie was able to provide just that for Maggie which was so great!! She went on hikes with Maggie the whole weekend and even walked her the morning we picked her up! That was so nice since we had a long drive home and Maggie slept the entire way! I would highly recommend Stephanie to anyone needing a Rover! Thanks again Stephanie!!

Brett was very accommodating of time, Kona was well taken care of. It was nice to get a picture of her settled in at his house. She seemed very happy when we picked her up.

I just picked up Sunny from Kathy’s and i am so happy with the care & love she gave to our sweet pup. Sunny stayed with Kathy 4 nights and it was perfect for Sunny. Kathy has a beautiful inviting home that she welcomed us into to make sure we felt comfortable with leaving Sunny with her. I highly recommend Kathy’s services and will be using her in the future. Thank you so much Kathy for being so sweet & loving with Sunny!

Melissa did a wonderful job of taking care of our golden doodle over night so we could go to a concert in South Lake Tahoe. She was very responsive to our booking request and a few questions we had, and was very sweet with our dog. It was convenient to drop him off, and he enjoyed playing with her dog during his stay. We will definitely use Melissa again in the future!

Gabriel was quick to accommodate our last minute request and was very communicative throughout our senior dog's stay. Our pup was happy and in good hands the entire time. We will book with Gabriel again!

Hugely successful first time Dog Vacay!!! Teeda was such an incredible host! She was incredibly responsive and accommodating (worked it out to come and meet me to pick Nashville up), and she even sent me photo updates of Nash's winter adventure with her pack. Whole family was absolutely lovely, and I'm so glad to have had the good fortune of finding them through Dog Vacay! Thanks Teeda!

We had to switch sitter at the last minute due to other sitter having a family emergency. Mollie seemed ok with this and I think it was because Faith has a calming nature. So grateful she could help us on short notice.

Lara was amazing! She was incredibly attentive to my dog’s needs, made sure she got plenty of exercise (even in a snow storm!), and made her feel completely at home. She didn’t want to leave when we picked her up! Your critters are in good hands with Lara and we’ll definitely be booking with her again in the future.

The thought of boarding my 2 senior havanese for 4 nights while we vacation gave me major anxiety that I almost canceled our trip. "What if they get depressed and don't eat? Will they be safe around other dogs?" As soon as we met Patty and her 3 furbabies, all my worries disappeared and I knew Julian and Elsie would be well taken care of. Patty genuinely cares about dogs and treat all her doggie guests as her own. As I predicted, Julian went on a hunger strike - but Patty and Randy got him to eat with the help of steak and then chicken mixed in with dog food. Patty also had a report on each dog with her observations during their time with her - clearly she pays attention to each doggie guest. I wouldn't hesitate to leave my babies with Patty and Randy again - in fact I wish we lived closer to their home so that my dogs can stay with them every time we travel. I know their home will be my dogs' "home away from home."

Nicole came to our rescue for a last minute trip we had to take. She was sweet and took great care of our Biggie. I would definitely book with Nicole again!

Jeremy and his wife are awesome cat sitters! Our kitten found herself at home at their place, and she was happy when we brought her home. They sent lots of pictures and videos, and kept us up to date daily. Pumpkin will be excited to return!
