What stood out the most was her flexibility and professionalism—she adjusted her schedule to accommodate additional days without hesitation and honored every commitment she made. That level of dependability is rare and truly appreciated. It gave me peace of mind knowing my cats were in good hands, and it’s clear she treated them with care and respect. From the beginning, Khyli was welcoming and showed genuine concern for my kittens. They're 9 months old and had not been anywhere since I adopted them 7 months previously. During the booking time when she had my kittens, Khyli was patient and provided explanations of how my kittens were doing. She sent pictures and videos. The reason for a 4 ranking instead of 5 was that Khyli would not let me see where she was keeping my kittens. Although it looked fine from the pictures and videos, I wish she'd said in the booking information that for security reasons, she would not let me see the apartment where she was keeping my kittens. Hearing that, I would have selected someone else. Because I was flying out that day, I had to leave them with Khyli during an outside the car transfer and hope they'd be ok. They were, but that's the reason I won't book with Khyli again. Again, my kittens seemed to be taken care of, but from now on, I won't book without visiting the home prior to the booking date.

Claire was quick to respond and communicate! Our cats were in good hands.

Julia was great! She sent so many pictures and videos while we were gone and kept us regularly updated. I saw pictures of Bijou snuggling with her si it was obvious Bijou was happy and comfortable. She left the house spotless too! We will definitely hve her back to take care of our girl

Julian took good care of my cat Jupiter for two days and sent me photos and messages to keep me informed all the time, which I really appreciated. I will be requesting his services again for my trip out of town soon. Thanks Julian.
