Dog Boarding in Idyllwild

Anna and Tyler were so good with our doodles. This is the first time we left all three of them with a sitter for a full day and we’re so glad we found Anna and Tyler. Our babies were COVID babies so they are easily scared and protective of each other. We are very particular about leaving our babies and we typically go on vacation with them all the time. This time around, hubby and I needed to get some higher elevation training to get ready for our trip back to Nepal and Mount San Jacinto peak is always on our list. And besides, we love Idyllwild and Mayor Max- we visit at least twice a year. Now that we found a very trustworthy couple with a beautiful home and big fully fenced yard- it’s a no brainer! Anna and Tyler also have a Goldendoodle named Gus and a little mixed dog named Murph who were also so friendly and accommodating to our dogs. Anna also told me that they have a regular client from Palm Springs who leaves their Bernedoodle to their care every time they go on trips- they drive over an hour to leave their fur baby with them all the time- now I know why. My husband and I are so grateful to you Anna and Tyler! We would have not tried and trusted anyone to leave our dogs but you both changed us! You took good care of our dogs, followed my feeding instructions, and the dogs stayed clean in spite of Harley’s running adventures with Gus. Thank you for the pictures and videos that I received on and off while hiking- they truly put us at ease that they were well taken care of and more. Thank you for understanding their accident when we picked them up- my apologies… we will surely take advantage of your assistance in the future and I know there will be more. We are so very grateful for your help- thanks again!

Jackson is a thoughtful and caring pet sitter. He checks in with me with photos of our dog and how he’s doing. He has an enclosed backyard; great play space to get energy out. Our dog even received a bath before we picked him up! Jackson went above & beyond when my dog’s collars were misplaced(then found) and delivered them to me. My dog will be back to see Jackson again!

Our sheepadoodle had the best time with Louise (and Lacie!). He was a little disappointed to be picked up. Louise was attentive and communicative throughout and we hope to go back to the Palm Desert area soon so Lou can visit again!

We are extremely cautious when choosing a Rover to watch our 16 year old Mollie. We hit the Jackpot with Matthew! His attention to the needs and quirks of dogs is amazing - Mollie felt right at home from the first minute with him. She also enjoyed mingling with the other couple of dogs he was babysitting and with Gizmo, his and Steve's own little pup. What a friendly and nurturing environment. There is no double that we will be leaving Mollie with him again

Lacy’s stay went super well! Michael and his wife took great care of her and genuinely cared about her well being, while I was traveling for work. I’m very grateful for having such a safe and pleasant environment for Lacy’s stay. Definitely will rebook in the future.

Tony watched my dog, Archie, for 4 nights. He is very communicative and was flexible when I needed to change the drop off time- truly went above and beyond, offering to pick me up from airport upon my return. He sent photos and videos throughout the stay. Archie had a great time, was well taken care of, and got lots of attention. I plan on using Tony again in the future for any boarding/dog sitting needs and highly recommend him!

This is my first time using this app and Gizmos first time going to a sitters. Andranise has been amazing through the whole process, she’s made this so easy for me and Gizmo has had the time of his life. She kept me updated with pictures and videos throughout his visit. I have 3 other Frenchies, I will for sure continue to have her take care of Gizmo and the other 3. Thank you!!

Jessica made everything easy for us. We had a meet and greet a few days before the stay and she made us feel comfortable about leaving our fur babies with her. She had lots of room on her property for the dogs to run and play. She sent use daily videos of the dogs having fun. Would definitely use her services again.

Nuvea was amazing! I had never left my cats with anyone before or taken them to anyone’s home to stay for the day, but I’m so happy I found Nuvea. She was so kind, my cats loved her, she has a clean and tidy home, and I’d definitely book with her again. If you are hesitant about having a stranger take care of your pets, book with Nuvea you won’t be disappointed!

Mike took great care of our French bulldog Fifi over the thanksgiving holiday. We received frequent updates and Fifi had constant attention and safe playtime with the other couple dogs there. Would definitely use Mike again!

Asteroid loved Angelica! We were in town from Pasadena and of course I had to bring him however I did not think about the heat and how uncomfortable he would be out and about, so to enjoy my trip I downloaded Rover and found Angelica! Asteroid truly loved her home and her! She even came the next day to pick him up from the Ritz from me and he hopped right into her car haha. She updated me with photos throughout the day and he looked like he was in his own home! very comfortable. 10/10 will be booking with Angelica every time we come out to Ritz in Rancho Mirage.

Our dogs had the best time, I know this because they immediately went to bed from exhaustion hahah! Marinee and her husband were so nice and the house was perfect for our fur babies! Thank you for taking care of our babiessss!

She cared for Marley on short notice during the holidays, which allowed us to spend time with our family. We had discussed that Marley might be left alone at one point, and she was nearby (about 20 minutes away). Future owners may want to clearly discuss time-away expectations in advance. Marley can be anxious around other dogs, so next time we’ll likely choose a sitter without pets to help reduce her stress. Leaving her is hard enough, and we want to make the experience as calm and comfortable as possible for both Marley and the sitter.

Lynn is incredible. My dog instantly loved her. Great energy, good updates. We forgot Porters harness and went over this am. Porter was jumping happy to see her. So grateful to come across Lynn.

Thank you! They were professional, intuitive, and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable leaving my pet with them. My dog is my life and my baby, so I always feel nervous dropping her off anywhere — but they did such a great job of keeping me updated, sending photos, and making sure she was happy and cared for. They were also incredibly adaptable to her needs while I was on vacation, which gave me real peace of mind. I’m so grateful for their service and their genuine love for animals. Even though they don’t have dogs of their own, it’s clear they truly enjoy caring for them — and they’re really good at it. I definitely recommend them!
