Su is very friendly and professional. You can tell she really enjoys spending time with pets and makes sure they are having fun. Would definitely use her again for future care for my cat!

David was fantastic and reliable over a long holiday stay! He came for daily drop in visits over Christmas and New Year’s and I felt secure that our cat was in good hands. He shared cute photos each visit, and took care in cleaning up when our cat got sick! Would recommend his services anytime!

Gassia is such an amazing person with a huge heart for animals. She made sure my kitties were well taken care of during my holiday and was very punctual with sending photos and updates during each visit. She also made sure my kitties had fun and were entertained! Sarah has been amazing with Lupa! She is very attentive and responsive! We love that she lets us know how our cat is at each drop-in, and she leaves very descriptive notes (which every pet owner loves!!) She always tries to let Lupa play outside, which we appreciate!

Stephanie took excellent care of our house and Kitty Wompas! We came home to a happy and healthy cat and a clean and tidy house. Kitty Wompas is diabetic and requires insulin shots twice a day, and although Stephanie had not administered insulin before she took the time to come over and learn the process and followed all directions perfectly. I highly recommend her.

This was our first time using Rover for pet sitting services and we were very pleased. Paula had relevant experience for one of our cats who needs medication, which was key in our selection of her as a sitter (FIP diagnosis and treatment). She organized her schedule to meet with us via video ahead of time, which we always appreciate, and she also came to our home for an in person walk-through of the house and security system. At the beginning of the sit, our cat who needed medication proved to be quite the little Houdini as far as hiding and avoiding her dose. Paula made us aware of the situation and between us, a helping hand from a friend, and a few FaceTime conversations (on Christmas Eve no less!), we were able to locate and medicate the little devil. We then came up with a new plan to avoid issues, but I really applaud Paula’s cool head and flexibility as it was definitely a challenge. Paula also communicated every day, and included pictures and videos of the kitty kids so I knew they were happy and well-fed. Our little trouble maker kitten also managed to cut her foot which Paula spotted and treated immediately. Paula was very reliable during the sit, including staying a bit later when our flight time changed, and when we arrived, everything was tidy and the other cats were clearly relaxed and happy. If I need a drop-in sitter again, I will definitely rebook her.

Angel took great care of Kiki. Very communicative and professional. We had peace of mind while we were away this weekend.
