Marcelle was amazing. She kept me updated the entire time. Feed her took her outside and made sure she had fresh water. She took pictures of everything and my dog loved her I will definitely be using her again.

Highly recommend Irina—my cat feels safe around her! My cat is super shy; when friends come over, she usually hides in my closet for hours until they leave. But the first time Irina came over to pick up the key and get the lay of the land, my cat didn’t hide at all! Irina even managed to pet her, which is a big deal—some of my family members can’t even do that. It seems like my cat feels really calm and safe with Irina around. While I was away, Irina did drop-in cat-sitting and sent videos and pictures. My cat looked totally secure, hanging out by the window or on her cat tree, just like she always does! Irina communicated well and took great care of my cat, so I didn’t have to worry while I was traveling. I’m so glad I found someone my super shy cat feels safe with!

If you're worried about leaving your dog or cat son or daughter, call Brooke! Even though we were gone for only a few days, we felt comfortable leaving our cat because Brooke dropped in twice a day and sent updates and photos. Also, she came and did a "look and see" before we left to meet us and get to know our cat's routine. This is not a required service, but Brooke B. came to meet us, our cat, and to learn the routine. She was very professional. When we returned, everything was in order. Brooke really gave us piece of mind.

Alyssa has been doing a great job checking in on my dog Banjo, who can be a bit challenging and defensive. She has been making extra effort to gain Banjo's trust and she is great about giving me updates on how the visits went. Looking forward to working with Alyssa for future visits!

I can't say enough good things about Lauren! She took excellent care of my Cooper, while I was away, and I came home to a happy and well-cared-for pup. Lauren is not only reliable, punctual and caring but also someone I trust completely in my home. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was in order, and I had total peace of mind knowing Cooper was in such great hands. She gave updates and sends pictures and I Highly recommend her!! Ku is wonderful and incredibly kind to our cat. Bubu absolutely adores her company and gets so excited every time she visits. She takes such great care of him, and he truly enjoys being around her.
