Marcelle was as amazing and caring as always. Lyla loved walking with her. She walked Lyla around the courthouse while me and my wife got married and dropped Lyla in as needed for pictures outside. Marcelle was very understanding. We’ll always be thankful!

Fantastic experience! Got lots of photos and my cat he seemed happy and cared for while I was away. Knowing Irina was there to check in on my cat calmed my anxious mind while I was away. Irina seems passionate about caring for animals and being there for them. Very grateful to her for watching my cat 💕

It was clear at the outset that Rachael loves dogs, and had no difficulty quickly building a report with Ishka. She's a delight, responsible, asks good questions, and an excellent representative for what Rover is all about. Above all, our dog loves her.

Ashlee is prompt and reliable, and our dogs love her! She gets to know each dogs' preferences and takes great care of them.

Kailyr is exceptionally experienced in taking care of cats. She did everything expected and beyond. She is patient, attentive, and very kind to our cat. She even brought healthy treats and fun games for our cat to eat and play with. She is the best sitter I could have had, for sure!

Brooke did a good job of caring for our three cats, who all get different food and different meds. Buster was antisocial at first, but Brooke persisted with kindness and patience and after a few days he accepted his oral allergy drops from her. Bianca was sometimes elusive, but Brooke always tracked her down and made sure she got food and pills. She and our neighbor, who was also helping out, did some creative strategy to make sure Bianca's food didn't get scarfed up by Buster. Tidbit was jolly and not a problem, as always. All were happy and healthy when we got home after a 12-day absence.

Yichen was the perfect sitter that we were so lucky to find! About two weeks before our international trip, our senior cat was diagnosed with CKD that required daily subcutaneous injections, along with few other medications with her diagnosis. I had booked Yichen prior to all of these needs and she was able to accommodate my new requests and additional visits without a problem. She even offered administer fluids during our “meet and greet” visit so I wild feel comfortable prior to leaving. The fact that she’s also a vet that is taking a break also gave me the extra peace of mind while we had to leave our sick girl behind. She was able to monitor the cat’s food and water intake and also gave her anti-nausea meds (prescribed by the vet) as needed too. Yichen was so gentle with my cat, with extra bonus for all the cute photos she took for the Rover reports. I would 100000% re-book with Yichen again in a heartbeat.

Connie is excellent. First of all, she loves dogs and takes a real interest. She is experienced and knowledgable about their needs and how to communicate with them. She is professional and conscientious. I have already booked her for repeat visits.
