Valery is fantastic! I could tell immediately when I met her that she loves what she does! Throughout her stay with Bear, she kept us updated and sent photos. I highly recommend her to care for your pets and home while you are away!

Tiffany was absolutely wonderful with Charlotte! From the very beginning, communication was clear and reassuring, and I could tell right away that she genuinely cared about my dog. She provided regular updates, photos, and made sure Charlotte was comfortable, safe, and happy the entire time.
